Modern design and staff friendliness

No attention to details. Housekeeping staff would put one number of water bottles the one day and another number of bottles the next day. We had a coffee machines in our suite, after we had a couple of coffees our coffee supply was never replenished. Just to name a couple of examples. Always had to call reception to ask them for things, which I stopped doing towards the end of my stay because I felt like I was giving them hard time.

Check out was terrible ! receptionist said nothing to pay , then I reminded her that the day before my check out I had a meal and drinks at the lobby and signed which didn’t show in the system !, despite contacting the lobby staff they couldn’t find the bill ;although I gave them the time and items ordered, after waisting my time for 15 minutes she told me not to bother and my meal was complimentary , after I got into the car to go to the airport one of the hotel staff knocked on the window and had a bill and a credit card machine and demanded that I pay! which was very embarrassing in front of my colleagues who were waiting for me for a long time in the car and calling and texting me ,so I told the gentleman that the receptionist said it was ok to leave without the payment

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. We had booked two suites with lounge access. The suites were big and we had the club lounge to our selves as there weren’t many other guests. The service was excellent and the staff where very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was amazing and plentiful. The best part was that it was connected to the shopping mall, so it was very convenient. We surely felt very comfortable that the place felt like our own home. This is surely the best 5 star hotel in Bishkek, and would highly recommend anyone visiting Bishkek to visit this hotel. If we ever return to Bishkek, we will definitely return back to the Sheraton.

We really enjoyed our stay as a family with small kids at Sheraton Bishkek. Breakfast was always good and we spent a lot of time at the pool. The location is great - the hotel is in the same building as a shopping mall but with its own private courtyard entrance. There is also a discrete entrance directly into the shopping mall. We were able to walk to a variety of great local restaurants and to the State History Museum. The staff were very dedicated and professional. Would go again.

There were a few small issues with the light switches in one of our rooms. And a couple of the staff at the pool were a little bit lax in their duties - they'd come back with one towel when we'd asked for 4 towels. After the incredible professionalism of the rest of the staff it was a bit comical.

Great experience . Best hotel in Bishkek. I always choose this place since customer service standards are way above standards in the rest of places . We had an issue with Booking and the relationship manager ( Nurzat ) solved the issue and made sure we were treated as valued customers. As a Marriot Bonvoy member and recurrent customer around the world my expectations were met thanks to her . I will come back.

Everything about Sheraton is extraordinary! I remember one of my rooms was personal; a dark orange 70s-esque modular chair with elaborate stitching in particular with tea from my kettle and room service! I really liked it there.

I couldn't find my way to Iwa as easily as I had anticipated - Iwa is the incorporated sushi restaurant on the 22nd floor. But Iwa doesn't disappoint! It even has an open area on the top level with or without hookah!

Attractive and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The fitness/exercise room is small but was adequate for my needs. It has two restaurants. The breakfast offered in the main restaurant was diverse and delicious. Excellent options! The restaurant staff were attentive and helpful. The rooftop restaurant is a cute place for dinner or drinks. I also treated myself to a massage in the spa. Excellent value and great experience! I recommend the spa if you have time.

I like everything

Parking in front of the hotel was very limited and always busy. Our van, which was taller than 2 meters, didn't fit in the underground parking lot. We could only park our vehicle in front of the hotel, but it was crowded with other cars. These cars, which were of standard height, could have fit in the underground parking area instead. Also the windows of the hotel room need to be cleaned.

The front desk staff, restaurant staff, and cleaning staff were all very kind and made my stay very comfortable. It was my first time in Kyrgyzstan and I was able to spend a wonderful day with my girlfriend.

The shower didn't drain at all and the water went all the way to the toilet.

It was really 5 star in all aspect , from customer service to cleanness & location ! I enjoyed my entire stay & definitely will stay there in. Y next visit! Staff were very much accommodating my needs!
