Superb, well designed, classic room with nice city view and friendly service. We stayed only one night and arrived very late, so never personally met the staff, yet our communication over the phone prior was very pleasant. Self Check-in went smoothly. Location is certainly one of the best for the center of Bucharest and makes you feel like you are in the center of old Paris instead. No breakfast or restaurant in the hotel however and the reception area is somewhat improvised. The caretaker lady of the facilities (hotel has a Hookah bar downstairs) was very sweet, helpful and welcoming.

No breakfast room. Carpet in room might need changing. Bedsheets could be crisper. No elevator.

Very nice location, cool and elegant property with a spacious suite and terrace at the top. It is ideal for summertime. Japanese restaurant on site with a big offer of sushi. Has private parking.

One big dislike is the hot tub. Since we booked the room because of the hot tub on the terrace, we were dissapointed to find out that it was overall broken and not to the standards of the suite (soft touch buttons that are badly damaged and almost all massage nozzles we’re just for decorative reasons, no water flowing). It needs fixing or replacing altogether ASAP! The terrace is very big, but unfortunately it is not equipped to its potential. I would suggest a pool table, flipper or even a videogames machine. The bathroom could be more welcoming with a bit of redesigning (some fake plants at least) and it misses towel racks or hangers. The TV is way too small for how big the room is. Lastly, we found a popped air balloon on the floor next to a window…

Loved it, it was my 4 year anniversary and they made the room look really special for me and my partner at special request. The hottub is great. Lovely view. They have toiletries which are a great additional touch. Bed was very comfortable, my partner suffers with joint conditions and this means alot to her. Bucharest old town is a 15-20 minutes walk or a 5 minute bus journey. (I'd pay for the day bus pass) 2-3£ each. The room was so lovely and cosy it was great Bucharest is fantastic. The sushi Restaurant doesn't have many veggie options. But it was very popular with other people so it must be good.

Nothing it was all great. If I was to complain. The room is so big it's hard for the WiFi to remain on at both ends of the room. But it's so massive it really can't be helped.

The room, bed and bathroom were all large rooms. We had one or two little problems. I notified the establishment via the booking app and the staff fixed them immediately.

Not too close to the centre. However, we like to walk and found the 1.5km down a main road a very easy walk. There was no option for breakfast. However this is no problem in Bucharest, where it is easy to find loads or coffee and bread shops open from the early hours.

The room has a nice french finish. Overall the furniture and style is nice. Additionally, the toiletries are very good. Above the average of similarly styled places. There is limited parking, quite tight but parking nonetheless.

If there is one thing that desperately needs attention is the carpet. Either a deep clean or a changeover. Other than that there isn't much else to actually complain about. Maybe the small fridge can be a bit loud at night - we turned the dial from 4 to 1 over night, and back to 4 when we left.

Marian, the receptionist on our first day, went above and beyond to help us and make us feel at home. If it wouldn't been for him, our memories of Bucharest would have been bad. In terms of the hotel itself, the room was quite big, warm and comfy.

Maybe too noisy. You could hear noise from the street and the other rooms. Not too clean either and location is not the best. We don't mind walking, but restaurants and all are 25min walking from there.

The location was good, about a 15 minute walk or 5 minute Uber to the Old Town, so much quieter as a result. We only saw the guy on reception but the room was cleaned daily to a good standard. The room and the bed were comfortable and the shower pressure was high. Would definitely stay again.

Not really a dislike but more to make others aware - the stairs to the second floor feel overwhelming after a long day of sightseeing! 😂 Our bathroom could get a little smelly (drain smells) but we found that leaving the door slightly ajar resolved this without any problems.

It needs only elevator. Otherwise, all was very good.

No car park altough it was written and i have chosen especially with car park.

Impressed with the room size. 3 times bigger than my Paris one for a lot less money. Also more luxurious. Better to go to Bucharest than to that overrated tourist trap called paris.
