Great quiet location. easy to walk to centre of old town only 10 minutes. Felt very safe walking back on my own mid evening as my son stayed out with friends. The hotel is beautiful and the room was fabulous, great size, large bathroom and very clean and very very comfortable bed. Bathrobe, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower cap, everything you needed. Lot of choice at breakfast for continental, cooked meats, cheese etc omelettes, cereal, fruit, lots of options for fruit teas and different coffees. Fully stocked mini bar including non alcoholic drinks. We stayed in room 11.

No option to control the heating, I think it was unseasonally warm and they have underfloor heating which you cannot control, spoke to reception and they turned it down but it was still warm, with being on the top floor we were able to open the 3 large windows which were great for cooling the room but unfortunately on our stay the building next door was having work done and workmen started at 7.30am so I was woken early and had to close the windows. This was such a shame but more about timing as if the work had not been going on next door the stay would have been 10/10

Location is great! The receptionist was very polite and helpful. The apartment was specious and it feels like you are in a castle - with more than 3m tall walls, windows and mirrors. The kids enjoyed it a lot.

I found bed bugs in my room 😞 That basically killed my stay.

The palace is located in walking distance from the old town. We were able to explore the city and come back on foot. The place itself is elegant and welcoming. Beautiful rooms woth tall ceilings and quiet (we were there during the weekend). The staff is friendly and we enjoyed a very tasty breakfast. It was a very nice experience and we definitely plan to be back.

The staff was very accommodating. I phoned them through WhatsApp to notify that my flight got delayed and I will arrive after their reception desk closes (10pm). They waited for me to make sure I arrive alright and I got there at 11. Comfortable room and clean. Breakfast was nice and included, they cooked some sunny side up and sausages. Hotel was around 15min walk to old town. Thank you for accommodating me!

I would suggest investing in some mosquito nets in the room or place some mosquito trap. There were quite a few bugs in the room when I was there.

I liked everything! Especially the staff. My arrival was quite challenging - very, very late and earlier that day I had a delivery to the hotel while I hadn't arrived yet. The hotel staff mastered this situation very well! For the rest: very clean, very comfortable bed, nice furniture and nice set up in the room, which allowed me to telework for a whole week from there. Historical and charming building. Very close, in walking distance to almost all attractions in the city. Very quiet, I loved that! Very nice breakfast and excellent coffee!

There was nothing I can think of that I didn't like.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Really quiet but within walking distance of the old town and all the sights. There is a metro station right near the hotel too. My single room was a great size and the bed was larger than I expected and extremely comfortable - the pillows were good too (I like soft pillows but they will provide whatever you prefer). The room was really quiet and the bathroom was a good size with a great shower. Emelia who was there to check me in was absolutely lovely. Breakfast was OK. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Bucharest.

I didn't find the breakfast amazing but then I usually eat fruit and natural yoghurt and that wasn't available. The omelette that was made for me was really good though. And there is quite a good choice on the hot menu including vegan.

Great location and only about a 15 min walk from thebold town. The place doesnt have the feel of a hotel which makes it nice but also too quiet. The staff were supernice, the breakfast was fresh and diversive. I loved the bathroom products. Regarding the cleaning, each day bed was made but bathroom hasnt been cleaned during my stay (4nights).

This well restored old building is located in a quiet area close to the main attractions of Bucharest. The room has enough space for a comfortable stay, equipped with a modern air-conditioning system. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for a good sleep. Good tasty breakfast. Friendly staff. Small kiosk with coffee machine, drinks and snacks for hotel guests in front of the hotel. Additional bonus for all craft beer lovers - a few steps away from the hotel is Hop Hooligans Taproom with a wide selection of craft beers from Romanian and foreign breweries.

Location, not far away from city centre, big, comfortable room for 2+1 family (not often available in other hotels), tasty and various breakfast (menus freshly prepared), friendly lady at the reception.

Parking - we had to leave car on the street in the place which was marked as "non parking" area which made us feeling unsafe and unsecured. Cold water in the evening - we had to take a shower in cold water, it started to be warm only in the morning. No signage on the building about the hotel (hard to find when first time arriving). Would be good to have mosquito protection net in the windows to keep windows opened.
