Great location, friendly staff, nice bathroom / shower, ok temperature, slept well (despite being on the main road (with not just cars, but also buses, trams, and not infrequent emergency services (some dispatch nearby)) the room was sufficiently sound-proof). It served my purposes well: in the center and easy access to the mountains.

The fast internet wasn't fast; e.g. watching videos was impossible most of the time and at the best of times only at 144p with frequent pauses. Some minor infelicities: of the two tilt and turn windows (standard in Austria) the left one wouldn't tilt; watching television from the bed is intended but not supported by sufficiently many pillows; don't know whether having a political desk map of the world (welt-atlas.de) is the best idea (it made me wonder whether the hotel was making a stance on various contentious areas).

The hotel is located right in the centre and super close to the Inn river. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the value for money proposition is very good! The breakfast place is also very nice and the buffet selection is decent. The room is big with a generous office desk and in my case also with a really nice view!

The only aspect that could be better is the mattress that was sloping down toward the middle of the one-person bed. Additionally, the message exchange on Booking.com was a bit harsh which I blame on the English language not being the staff's mother tongue as the reception and restaurant personnel on location were super lovely.

Exceptionally friendly, kind, helpful, and accommodating staff. Awesome balcony, breathtaking view, spacious room, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. The hotel is situated next to the river and quite central so public transportation can be reached easily as well as sights, shopping and restaurants.

They changed the breakfast option from buffet to croissants and sweet cereals, which is not our cup of tea for various reasons.

They waited for me despite my very late check-in! And they do have a self-check-in option in case you come in really late. Location is very central - very near the city centre (although a bit of a distance from the train station, but still works! very walkable if no heavy luggage).

Perhaps the open-concept shower? As it leaves the toilet floor wet, predisposing those with mobility issues to slips and falls. Nonetheless, not that big of a deal, really. Hotel was a really good place to stay!

The hotel itself is perfectly situated; just a few stones from the city's main attractions. It's also not too far from the main train station, so you could walk by there - if you don't have too much luggage. The staff is courteous, especially the people handling the breakfast service. You even have the option to send your travel data in advance so you can get the keys right away - although this applies only if you also pay in advance - and you can check yourself in if you arrive a bit late and nobody is greeting you at the reception. Overall, it's indeed a great place to stay if you're looking for a hotel with a reasonable price for value.

Whether it was due to being on the top floor or the router not being strong enough, the wifi was, unfortunately, not too great. It often lost the signal, especially when everyone on the floor returned to their rooms. Also, the soundproofing could've been better - even if it's nearly impossible to muffle Southern Europeans and their loud chitchatting.

Great location, with easy access to the train station, the airport, the old city and the funicular to Nordkette. Nice room, street view, excellent breakfast for a 3 stars hotel. We also got a free public transport card, which the city of Innsbruck provides to guests staying for more than a day, which was a nice gesture. It was clean and comfortable, with a/c and good WiFi

The bathroom... No matter who you are travelling with (my mother this time) it is not comfortable using the bathroom when the other person can hear everything. Not for couples, not for friends, in general NO. Also, the curtains had stains from dead insects which is not represantative of the hotel as it was clean and smelled nice.

This is a clean and tidy hotel in an excellent location. Buses at the door, the river and mountains directly behind you, and plenty of places to eat and drink in a 5 minute radius. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you have what you need and gave us good suggestions for things to see. Two English news channels and loads of sport if you want some TV time. Bathroom was good and the bed very comfortable. I would stay again.

Nothing. A kettle and small fridge in the room would be perfect but these things are not really standard in much of Europe.

Price we paid was same as price offered locally except local price Included breakfast buffet. I verified this with attendant. Desk attendant checking us in indicated we had breakfast. Instead of leaving on an early train, we stayed for breakfast. Poor choice. Desk attendant was wrong. They wanted to charge us 20 euro per person on top of the price of the stay which we found out well after the train departed. Should have left early on the 6:38 train. I’m not a fan of gouging travelers just because you can. We went across the street and paid 9.70euro for breakfast for the two of us combined. 40 euros is exorbitant for breakfast not to mention should have been included in our $170.

Breakfast was great - loved the flavoured croissants! The reception staff were very helpful. The location was great for the old town with shops & restaurants, and about 15 mins walk from the train station. Air conditioning worked well - essential with high temperatures

The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. I also found the location to be perfect. It was away from the noise of the central tourist district but within a 3 minute walk of that area. There is a phenomenal grocery store behind the hotel.

Only complaint was the hair dryer. I had to ask for a second one they keep in storage because the one on the wall in my room overheated.
