A small hotel in a short cul-de-sac, so very quiet. The entrance and the common parts are bright and very pleasant,and there is a lift. Our room number 5 was very nice,as I am sure the others are,the room is nicely decorated and a reasonable size,the bathroom is excellent,with a very good shower and the products supplied are good. We found the beds very comfortable. There is coffee and tea available. All in all we liked it, only there for one night, but we would have been very happy to have stated for longer. The hotel is very well placed for restaurants and getting round Antibes

Perfect location, quiet and clean room. Never met receptionist/owner, but was sent access code and good descriptions. It felt like an AirBnB more than a hotel. Not a problem, just to set expectations.

Travelling alone it felt a little bit scary to be all on my own on arrival having to enter a code in a small alley and with no one in the reception. I later found out that Antibes is a very safe place, but I did not know that upon arrival late in the day.

Very friendly welcome from Lolita. Explained everything clearly about room, key, entry etc. Room was ideal for our two night stay. Comfortable bed. All very clean. Good shower and bathroom. Lolita was relaxed about our check out time and it was very helpful to be able to leave our luggage in the hotel after check out. Thank you.

The window door to the room is covered by a white sheer blind and curtain. However they do not keep the light out sufficiently so the room was not dark enough. A black out blind would be good. Also the green fire exit light above the door outside on the terrace flashed all night and could be seen flashing through the blind and curtain.

Location was absolutely perfect, couldn't be better for our needs - just off the square and short walking distance to restaurants and train. Also Lolita was very helpful. Kept in constant contact throughout our stay and also arranged taxis for us when we needed them. Absolutely spot on and excellent choice for what we needed.

Small hotel in the centre of Antibes, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Good size room and bathroom, both were very clean and serviced every day even during our short stay. Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Reception is not 24 hour available but Lolita provided excellent info for self check-in/check-out.

Rooms on the first floor don't have windows but big glass doors facing the patio.

Small nice hotel in old town,close to bars and restaurants and lovely small beach.Room is nice and quiet with air conditioner and small fridge with drinks and coffee mashine.You even have small patio area where you can relax on mornings and evenings.Host Lolita very lovely and helpful with everything what you need and providing all information about restaurants or places what you can visit.We was very happy to stay in this hotel

Wonderful, nicely designed, simple place in a pretty perfect location. Lolita, the hotel manager, is delightful.

Nothing - for the price, or even double it, it would be churlish to quibble - and even if you insist, I can’t think of anything.

The room was lovely, thoughtfully designed and decorated. Our interactions with staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was fantastic- an easy walk from the train station and the Picasso Museum, just a few steps from a lovely square.

The host of this hotel was incredibly welcoming. It is a small hotel that she runs, hence you have a very personally dedicated host. Our room was available earlier then check-in which was great. The location is top-notch, all the facilities you might need for a simple trip, including coffee, tea and a minibar in the room. The room was clean and spacious. Very happy with our stay!
