This is a gem of a hotel right off one of the main squares in old Antibes. It is very discreet and quiet. There are perhaps 7 rooms and a wonderful private terrace which makes for a peaceful place to enjoy a morning espresso. Our room was immaculately clean with a spacious bathroom and shower. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room tastefully decorated. The best way to demonstrate what a quality hotel this is to mention the capsule style espresso maker in our room. It was a Phillips L'Or, which is simply the best capsule espresso maker out there by design. I've traveled a lot around Europe and have stayed in some high end hotels but I have never encountered such a good capsule espresso maker. We go to France because the French know what quality is and they know how to deliver it. The Hotel Irin is just another example of their wonderful culture. Oh yes, and I would be remiss if I didn't praise the lovely Manager and staff of the hotel also, totally helpful and beautiful people.

A small hotel in a short cul-de-sac, so very quiet. The entrance and the common parts are bright and very pleasant,and there is a lift. Our room number 5 was very nice,as I am sure the others are,the room is nicely decorated and a reasonable size,the bathroom is excellent,with a very good shower and the products supplied are good. We found the beds very comfortable. There is coffee and tea available. All in all we liked it, only there for one night, but we would have been very happy to have stated for longer. The hotel is very well placed for restaurants and getting round Antibes

Central location near busy streets but my room was very quiet and there was no outside disturbance. Pleasant patio for client use. Comfortable and clean.Lift to 1st floor if required.

Approach is down a small lane off the square and the entrance is just a doorway off. A little dark and quiet at night but no problems experienced with that. Breakfast is not an option but there are plenty of places nearby.

Perfect location, quiet and clean room. Never met receptionist/owner, but was sent access code and good descriptions. It felt like an AirBnB more than a hotel. Not a problem, just to set expectations.

Travelling alone it felt a little bit scary to be all on my own on arrival having to enter a code in a small alley and with no one in the reception. I later found out that Antibes is a very safe place, but I did not know that upon arrival late in the day.

Great location off one of the main squares. We were able to park safely in the https://www.q-park.fr/en-gb/cities/antibes/pre-aux-pecheurs/ underground car park only about 300m from the hotel for 50 Euro for 3 days. The room had everything we needed and was comfortable and quiet at night with good air conditioning.

Room was very nice, quiet at night with good AC. Sun terrace was pleasant, central location was ideal for getting to the train station and marina. Room had plenty of amenities, mini bar, toiletries, great shower, comfy bed. Cleanliness was excellent.

Location was absolutely perfect, couldn't be better for our needs - just off the square and short walking distance to restaurants and train. Also Lolita was very helpful. Kept in constant contact throughout our stay and also arranged taxis for us when we needed them. Absolutely spot on and excellent choice for what we needed.

Small hotel in the centre of Antibes, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Good size room and bathroom, both were very clean and serviced every day even during our short stay. Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Reception is not 24 hour available but Lolita provided excellent info for self check-in/check-out.

Rooms on the first floor don't have windows but big glass doors facing the patio.

Small nice hotel in old town,close to bars and restaurants and lovely small beach.Room is nice and quiet with air conditioner and small fridge with drinks and coffee mashine.You even have small patio area where you can relax on mornings and evenings.Host Lolita very lovely and helpful with everything what you need and providing all information about restaurants or places what you can visit.We was very happy to stay in this hotel
