I love the attention to detail of the entire staff. We had a last minute booking and once booked, immediately we were contacted by the staff to make sure we knew how to get to the Riad. Upon arrival, Mohamed greeted us with a big smile and gave use hot tea and cookies. He made sure we relaxed and ate dinner before escorting us to our rooms. We had a super early check out so Mohamed prepared our breakfast to go and Aziz offered to wake us up on time. Aziz also escorted us to our taxi, carrying our bags in hand down the long winding road to the main street. Overall, we received impeccable service and we can't wait to return! Thank you! Thank you!

The Riad is beatiful but what was really special was the way we were treated by the wonderful team. Simo, the manager, was very nice and always making sure the we had everything we needed. Badr was incredible, he is a truly genuine kind man with a worldclass sensitivity and attention to all details. He made us feel like home and evething about him is effortlessly kind. A true professional and a great person. Jarid, just like Badr, is a very special man, very kind and always with a great smile and ready to go out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Even though our french is terrible and our Arab is non existent, he always found a nice way of understanding us. The Chef, Nassim, is an amazing cook. The food was always very good and breakfast buy the pool was great! He's small gestures toward us really touched us. In sum, what really made our experience memorable was the incredible team. We really hope to come back soon.

This road was amazing and there was a lot to love about it. It was in the perfect location to explore the Medina (10 min easy walk) while also being a 2 minute walk to the main road to grab a taxi. The inside was lovely and very intricate in the details. The room was perfect and the air conditioning worked almost too well as we had to turn the temperature up because it was too cold. We ate dinner at the riad both nights and it was perfect. The harirra soup and chicken pastilla were sooooo good. The breakfast was very big with so many amazing local options. The pool was so refreshing after a sweaty day in the Medina and we enjoyed it so much. But I have to say the best part of this riad is Khalid, he did absolutely everything and more for us and we couldn’t be more grateful. He made the stay perfect. He was there all day working so hard, serving breakfast, dinner, helping with pool towels, carrying luggage to the room, grabbing a taxi for us and giving us a smile everytime we entered. We didn’t speak much French or Arabic and he didn’t speak much English but we made it work. If we come back to fes, we will come back just to see him again. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at Riad Fés Ziyat & Spa! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely atmosphere. The location is also perfect, situated in a quiet area yet close to the main attractions in Fes. We especially appreciated the support from the team in planning tours and activities. They provided great recommendations and made the experience even better. We highly recommend this Riad for anyone visiting Fes. It truly made our trip very special.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome thanks to the warm and hospitable staff, especially Khalid and also Mohamed who was willing to make everything to our liking. Nothing was too much for them - always friendly, helpful and with a genuine smile. The riad itself is breathtakingly beautiful. Every detail has been carefully chosen, from the atmospheric decor to the peaceful courtyard. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the whole atmosphere exudes peace and authenticity. Thanks to the perfect combination of hospitality and beauty, we were able to fully enjoy and relax. An absolute must for anyone looking for a special and heart-warming place to stay. I had a wonderful stay at this riad! The staff were absolutely amazing, special shoutout to Simohammed who was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely made our experience memorable. The riad itself is beautiful, peaceful, and a true oasis away from the medina’s bustle. Cleanliness was a perfect 10/10 it even smelled like fresh orange blossom throughout, which added to the calming and authentic Moroccan atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, as were the bathrooms and showers, and everything was very comfortable. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better: tucked away from the noise but still just a short walk to the heart of the medina and all the main spots.

The only area for improvement would be the breakfast. For the price, I expected better quality ingredients, particularly the honey and omelette, and maybe a bit more variety. That said, this didn’t take away from the overall experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely superb Riad in a fabulous location, central and within walking distance to the medina and all the amazing places to visit, but tucked away in a quiet street, so you get the mix of peace and real Moroccan life. The Riad itself it absolutely stunning. The decor, the food, the rooms all 5 star. The staff are so incredibly friendly and will to absolutely anything to make your visit the best experience ever. Such a relaxing place to stay

Just a suggestion, could you perhaps offer a map to guests to show them key places to visit and simple directions to Medina and Blue Gate? Otherwise everything was absolutely perfect.

The Riad was very well located, the owner sent a text well in advance in case we had any questions. Upon asking the owner arranged for parking, his owner picked us op outside the citygate to guide us to the parking. Parking was inside, a little hectic, but fine. They serve an excellent dinner, for a very reasonable price. The salads were exceptional, especially the cauliflower one. Highly recommend taking the full menu. Staff were excellent. Even though it was raining during our stay, the pool area looked fabulous. Really recommend this Riad.

Tucked away on the edge of the medina in the quieter location of Ziat, this beautifully restored riad offers peace and an authentic Moroccan experience with a touch of luxury. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, comfortable and had nice touches like a hairdryer, fridge and kettle. The breakfast varied slightly on each day of our stay and was always prompt and delicious. The staff are very welcoming, attentive and helpful ensuring we had everything we needed at all times. The hammam was a great experience and highly recommended too.

Simply due to the nature of the building, the sound travels so can be a bit noisy if wanting an afternoon siesta

Our room was extremely large and was perfect for three adults. It was wonderfully decorated and had a beautiful view of the center of the Riad. The staff was also wonderful and extremely helpful. There is reasonable and guarded parking down the street.

If we closed the doors to our room, the wifi would drop our calls/internet. We remedied that by leaving the windows to the room open while using wifi. I don't know that guest realize that some rooms overlook the sitting area down stairs. The noise was controlled after 11pm. The noise naturally echos - with or without the windows closed. This would not prevent us from staying again, but people with small children who may need to sleep, may want to ask for a different room.
