I had a wonderful stay at Urban Residence! Everything was perfect - the place was very clean, quiet, and felt incredibly safe. The atmosphere was calm and very welcoming, and I truly appreciated how kind and helpful the staff were. No negatives.

This is a 10/10 place, the only place in Athens that i felt like i am in my own home. You can sense the love that is poured daily to maintain and to make us feel loved and cared. The cleanliness, the quality and the vibe is excelent, the sorrounding is so Zen and the couple that manages the property are the coolest. These service apartments are the reason i reconsidered booking an apartment and NOT a hotel!

EVERYTHING! This is our fourth stay; and we love it. The apartments are nice, comfortable, very clean and they have everything you need. Bed and pillows are comfy, lots of space to store your clothes. Big balconies with good outdoor funiture. Housekeeping is excellent. We always choose Urban Residences when we don't want to stay in the center of Athens or when we prefer to stay in this area. Mr. Iannis and Mrs. Toula they always go above and beyond to help and please you. Excellent hostesses!

Great location, near the hospitals and golden hall. The Urban Residence is located on a nice, tree lined road. Very comfortable bed and well furnished apartment. Very nice, large balcony with good outdoor furniture.

Nothing big to dislike, just small thaings like it was quite noisy in the evenings, although it generally quietened down by midnight. A chopping board in the kitchen would be useful. The private parking is very tight, however you can usually park on the street nearby.

The suite was immaculate and a very good size, the bathroom had all the essentials provided - and a great shower, too, well-equipped kitchen, lovely balcony with small table and chairs to enjoy a morning coffee, the bed was comfortable. The owners of the place were so welcoming and helpful! The area is a very safe residential one and close to bakeries, supermarkets, bus stops and the olympic stadium is just a 15min walk away - for those attending concerts etc.

Can’t find any fault!

Lovely, modern, and very clean apartments. The space was ample and welcoming. The location was in a nice and safe area. The hosts prepared a map and even got up early to wish us a good trip. We'd definitely recommend this place without hesitation.

The check-in process was a little slow, especially after traveling several hours.

The apartment had a fully functional kitchen, great air con with a lovely balcony to sit out on. Host was happy to help with any query & was very knowledgeable about the local area & Athens in general. As a single female traveller I felt safe within my apartment & the building. Would 100% recommend to all.

Location is close to hospitals; Ygeia and Mitera are a 5-10 walk, Iaso is a 15-20 min walk. Large balcony. Spacious and modern flat. Adequate cooking facilities. Friendly owner and staff. Close to local amenities. Nearest large supermarket is a 15 min walk.

Not very close to any train or metro station. Nearest train station, Irini, was a 25-30 min walk. Nearest metro, Chalandri, 30+ min walk. No smart TV, something you would expect these days in a modern apartment and for the money you pay to stay here No washing machine (but laundry is provided by host at an extra cost) If your flat faces the main road, you do get a lot of traffic noise during the day

The location was excellent for attending events in the olympic stadium.

It took a while for the wifi connect when we were in our room, but the hosts were very kind and re-reouted the internet until we were able to connect.

The service we received was second to none. Being a family run business we immediately were made to feel like part of the family from the moment we checked in. We particularly chose Urban Residence as it had a full kitchen which we wished to utilise to cook food at home. When we noticed the fridge didn’t seem to be keeping things cold when we moved into our room, Anastasia immediately rectified the problem by replacing the fridge in the room. She also went out of her way to ring around local eateries for us to see which ones could cater to my wife requiring gluten free food. She went as far as to buy some gluten free cookies for my wife to try from a new bakery that had just recently opened in the dream. Our room was extremely clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The large balcony with outdoor table and lounge chairs was also very nice. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation where they can cook and simply sit back and relax in comfort. Having on site private parking is also a massive plus as parking in the area can be extremely difficult to get during weekdays.
