Great for what we needed. 1 night away before our holiday down South. Apartment was stylish and very clean and spacious. Check in process was bizarre. I still didn’t have details until I was outside the apartment block and had to call a number. Not ideal with kids. They walked you through and remotely opened doors, but you lose reception in the lift. It cuts off then you have to go through the process all over again. We waited outside the apartment for a further 5 minutes and had to ring again. This needs to be streamlined. Assuming it’s usually rented to hen and stag parties but we’re a family!!

Firstly. I was very dissapointed that I didn't have the original apartment that I had previously booked at woolston. There was a lot of confusion about my change over with folk continuously asking ne over and over again to make payments for breakages which I had already made. The address given forvthe City apt could have been better as even taxis couldn't find it, and eventually it took me quite a while trying to access the place!!!!

I didn't like the balcony as there were no chairs to sit on, to look at nothing but a dark wall. With pigeon poo everywhere, plus dog ends tucked into corner of the floor. The apartment was fine, but not what I'd have chosen .

The flat was perfect, the view was beautiful, lifts to the property are great, very nice and tidy, very pleasant inside the flat.

Not easy to find the right car park (instructions show the wrong one) Not easy to get to the property as you rely on instructions over the phone and there is no signal between the floors. Ended up being stuck between the closed doors unable to call the office who were meant to open the doors leading to the flat.

Very clever the way they release the door while you're on the phone

Maybe I'm just a bit stupid but I didn't find the place as easily as I thought. Also parking is chaotic - I only understood where to go after we'd arrived, but it's quite reasonably priced at the place opposite so little need to move to the free one.

Views from lounge of big ships and water life, balcony fabulous, immaculately clean, quiet, relaxing, high grade furnishings, size of apartment was massive, tea/coffee facilities available on arrival, liked the key fob. Excellent location for portsmouth sightseeing, we visited Mary Rose and other naval ships. Used car park opposite short walk away.

Small comment to housekeeping to provide dustpan please.

We are traveling through the UK and have stayed at many properties. Being a relatively new property, everything is in very good condition, no stains anywhere! Everything is of a higher standard, even down to the cutlery. Nice also to enjoy a morning coffee from the machine. Then there is the view of the ever changing river and areas of the port, a magnificent outlook.

The only thing I couldn’t find was a chopping board..

For me this was complicated I recieved several emails regarding entry to the property however it could be made clear that when you get to the property call this number and they will guide you remotely through the locked doors to your accommodation until you gain access to the apartment and have access to the apartment keys.

The security checks with proof of ID, requesting age and verification did seem excessive.

Collecting Key. Needed code to get into property and than return to my vehicle to park the car which you could only do this once collected let. No place to park the car while this was happening so possible you maybe receive parking ticket if travelling alone.

Room very nice cleaning much space!

You arrive with the navigator but out of 3 large beautiful buildings you don't know which one it is because THERE IS NOTHING WRITTEN THE NAME OF THE HOTEL IN FRONT AS IT WOULD BE NORMAL because anyone who doesn't speak English well would at least read it if it were written.

The property was amazing. Modern finishes, highly secure, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this location. The staff are also on point and available 24 hours a day (office hours for routine enquiries and after hours for emergencies) I was very impressed with the client services.

The only thing I could recommend is USB and Type C sockets by the bedside for phone charging.
