I was in Room 1202 and it was great, spacious, large comfortable double bed, cold a/c, ceiling fan, large TV, walk in shower, large mirrors, seating area with settee, chair and table. There was a microwave, a full size UK style fridge and a toaster. An ironing board and iron were provided, as well as an in room safe. The hotel is part of an area which includes restaurants, bakery, shops for provisions where you get 10% discount if your show your North Beach Village key card. .

There were no utensils such as knife, fork, spoon, plates or mugs and there was no information in the room as if these were available or whether you could use the towels in the room by the pools, but I can't mark it down for that.

The room itself was very nice.It was comfortable clean. I do like the part where the staff do a vibe check.Just check to see if everything's okay. They did have four pools that you could pool, hop from. The room is literally across the street from the beach. The hosting was great.

The only problem that I did have is that my room was next to the hot tub, even though they said quiet time,pool and hot tub, hours, 7am-7pm or 8 they did not enforce it. We heard crying babies,music, and loud talking after those hours. Just enforcing rules to accommodate people who want to just rest when it is time for quiet. And if you're scared of the lizards, they're everywhere! You do have to pay a ten dollar a day parking, which sucks!

I really enjoyed my stay at North Beach Hotel! The best part was the location—just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to some amazing breakfast spots. The convenience of having parking available was a huge plus as well. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for a relaxed beach getaway with everything close by. I’d definitely come back!

The only downside to our stay at North Beach Hotel was that we had to rent beach chairs instead of them being provided. However, everything else we needed was conveniently available in the room—plenty of towels, toiletries, and even an iron, which was super helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable and easy stay!

Hotel staff was great! Nina was very accommodating for us when we had requests during our checkin and wanting a different room. Rooms were Ikea nice, meaning they were simple and modern but you can tell the trim and other areas need some touch ups. But for the price I think it was very good. Most importantly the bathroom and kitchen were clean. Bedroom sheets were clean and crisp. Location was outstanding. Close to a few good restaurants and cafes. it was a family trip with a baby under 1 year and we would come here again.

Some of the guests came in late and we could hear them but it never was enough to keep us awake. Nothing I wasn't expecting for a weekend at a hotel. Our first room the pull down curtains weren't installed correctly so you could see into the room through gaps in the curtains. They allowed us to change rooms but they need to fix that room.

We went for a long weekend just for the beach and this place is the perfect location. It is one block to get to the sand and ocean! There are several restaurants in the area and it is very easy to walk around. There were plenty of beach chairs for rent. The hotel room we had was large and very clean. We loved the cute courtyard area.

I would stay here again mainly due to its great location to the beach. The staff at check in was not as helpful as I would have liked. We were not given a map of the hotel nor is there one in the room. We also were not given any info upon check in about local restaurants, how to rent beach chairs or anything else that might have enhanced our stay. There isn't anyone in the office on a regular basis. You have to ring a doorbell and wait while they come from somewhere on the property so you can't just pop in easily to ask a question.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s 1 block away from the beach which was great. There was several restaurants and small shops nearby. There are 2 pools and a hot tub at the hotel. The Village Cafe was a but pricey but very delicious (especially the pancakes! 5 stars from our kids! Best pancakes ever!)

The facilities were very clean but a little aged (for example our shower was difficult to turn on and off due to apparent rusted/stuck handles. We were with little kids and none of the pools have a section for small kids - one is 4 feet minimum and the other is 3 feet minimum. Make sure to bring a life jacket if you have small kids.

The staff did a wonderful job every day and always with a smile! No request was too much. Daily maid service was a bonus. The Cafe served delicious food and their wait staff were excellent! However, the property was overrun with college students on break who took over the outdoor spaces and pools making it virtually impossible to sit and enjoy any time at a pool. They were loud, usually drunk by mid day, played loud music, threw balls around and into the pool and punctuated most of their conversations with profanity. My suggestion is not to book here during Spring Break.

A charming little hotel/apartment complex. There were two hearted/hot pools and three cooler pools (a bit too cold for December). The room was stark and needed a few more towel rails but was perfect for what we needed. The beach is so close and while there are only tourist supermarkets nearby, there is a fancy bakery a block away along with a few restaurants and there is a restaurant attached to the hotel that has a good variety of breakfast fare. They were closed for dinner while we were there. There a small reception who were very helpful.

A few mosquitoes in the room. Both the fan and a/c going which was a bit excessive. Several remotes, but none seemed to turn down the TV volume.

Black mold on ceiling above shower head, placed on the second floor when the hotel was empty, sofa in the wrong spot, flooring was warped in bathroom because of water getting on the floor from shower, no shower door. Ants in our bathroom first & second day. Window in bathroom was shattered, hotel put plastic over it and plastic sheeting. Seems like things aren’t fixed the right way, only bandages are used.

A little outdated, but because of the location to the beach it was exceptional! More of a bungalow/ cottage feel. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The restaurant on site was good as well. Also, the pools and hot tubs on the premises were great!
