Everything was perfect. I stay here 5nights and staff is kind enough and breakfast was delicious too. They bring breakfast to the cabin everyday when theh cleaning the room. Also, even i stay at winter season, room is warm enough. Radiator always working well and kitchen things are perfect. I cooking everyday and has no problem while i stay.

Cozy and comfortable room in a lovely inn that's in a great location in El Chalten. You're just a short walk away from the main avenue where there are many restaurants (the same avenue also leads to the hiking trails). The included breakfast is quite varied and is a nice way to start the day. The staff were very nice and helpful - a particular thank you to Andrea who checked us in, provided useful information about the town, and even gave us advice on hikes. All in all, a terrific stay - highly recommended!

Not unique to the property but be aware that wifi connection in El Chalten is spotty and unreliable.

We had a room in the main building. The room was very compact with minimal decorations and furniture, not like on mist photos you see on the booking site. There is no view: our window faced small open outdoor area and another building across. Some people were hanging out in that area between building so there was no way past midnight so there was no way to sleep. For the price of over $150 per night USD, this was really very basic accommodations with zero charm. The only good part was staff members, who were friendly and tried to be accommodating.

Lovely staff, always giving us so much helpful information about hikes and the local area. Breakfast was delicious, including lovely coffee and fresh fruit salad. We were always warm in the room. Very convenient to park our car outside.

We could hear noise from all the other rooms and the corridor, presumably due to the way the building was constructed. It would be nice to have some more shelves/tables to put things. The small shelves in the bathroom all sloped, so things fell off if we used them.

Mainly stayed at this place to enjoy the hiking trails around El Chalten. We liked the staff, they helped us with details on doing the Fitz Roy hike. They serve breakfast, best way to start a hike. They also sell lunch boxes that you can take for a hike. When you end your hike in the evening and come back tired, after a shower you can enjoy a cold beer that they sell at the front desk. Property is really cute and great staff.

Sheets could have been a bit better. But it’s a minor detail.

We booked this last minute for 2 nights in El Chalten and it was a lovely place to stay. The staff were fantastic giving us loads of information and the location was perfect.

The breakfast could have been more substantial for days of hiking and the rooms were a bit too warm for the summer months but overall it was a fantastic place to stay.

Staff were fantastic. Lovely friendly energy and super helpful.

The bed!! I know beds are very personal but I barely slept. The mattress sank as soon as you lay on it. I prefer a firm mattress. It’s hard to say if it’s a bad mattress or just not our preference but it was so unsupportive we both had bad sleep experience. Everything else was lovely.

Great room, location, friendly and helpful stuff.

Not a huge thing, but our already great stay could have been even more perfect, if the shelves in the bathroom for toiletries above sink and shower were bigger and more user friendly. Things kept falling off and there was no enough room for what we needed. That said, not a huge problem.

Great place and value. Staff super friendly and helpful and let us stay in lobby after checkout which was great as we had time to wait for bus. Great location, although anything in Chalten is close as it is a small place. Overall recommended and great value.

We were 4 in a room and it felt a bit tight but otherwise a great place to stay.

Front desk staff Andrea was very helpful giving us recommendations for food and tips for hiking. They let us store our luggage and hang out in the common space after we checked out. They set up toast and milk and juice in your room. There’s also a mini kitchen so you could cook if you wanted. Location was kinda off main path but still within walking distance to main trailheads.

The sheets had old stains on them. We were only there for a few days and it seemed like it was washed but just stained… We also had to kill a few bugs on the floor daily. Not cockroaches - I can’t remember the name but it looked like long ants. Pretty sure it’s just because of nature but it was still not ideal.
