Location was excellent, food and convenient shops walking distance. There is even a mall 5 mins drive away. Room was very comfortable and clean. All the reception staff were most friendly and helpful.

Parking is limited, only 3 spaces in front of the hotel and the rest are only available outside office hours. Otherwise, you need to park at visitor's basement parking which was chargeable and the place is dark.

Small hotel but for this price range, I have never seen a comparable service level. Simple setup but not skim on quality. I enjoy the free quality breakfast too as the server is very polite and treat you like a king!

For luggage, there is a few flights of stairs to get up before reaching the lift. A bit challenging for lady if have big/heavy bag.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. For breakfast choice we were asked to choose between egg or tuna sandwich. Only one eatery - a nasi kandar restaurant within walking distance & a 7-11 nearby. Water dispensers are available on every floor.

The place was quite deserted - may be it was on a Fri evening. Surrounding area was mostly offices & some under construction buildings.

The room we received was clean. The breakfast provided was not bad, and you get to choose from some options at a restaurant opposite the hotel. The staff was very friendly and even remembered my name the entire trip. In fact, my only dissatisfaction was that the Milo from the coffee machine downstairs did not taste like Milo.

They included breakfast which was kind of unusual for a budget hotel like this. The bed was also comfy which allowed me to sleep well. The location was also quite good, allowing me to get anything I want without going too far.

There was no hairdryer, and the toilet door was unable to close properly.

The staff were very nice to me. They knew my name the moment I stepped into the building. They made a good effort to accommodate my special requests. I would recommend this hotel mainly for solo / business travellers

Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved my receptionist , it was closed to the place I was study in.

I didnt like the fact that my room didn't had window. Didn't had fridge in the room.

Advertised pictures offered bigger rooms than in actuality, but still adequate for a short stay.
