The actual room is spacious, comfortable, clean. Washing machine was a dream. Right in the heart KL beside the Petrona towers, everything is so close. The entire room was great, we really enjoyed our stay here.

You are required to provide a deposit in MYR which is understandable, however we had just arrived and hadn’t had the chance to exchange our money, the receptionist didn’t seem to understand this so we went back and forth for a while. Other hotels give you the opportunity to change your money and pay the deposit within a few hours, we tried to communicate this but she didnt seem to understand at all. The breakfast was not the best, after staying in a few different hotels they definitely don’t have a lot of variety served and it’s the same thing served every day. A bit of a let down considering the price of this stay itself. The outdoor pools are quite cold, so we didn’t actually get to swim in them.

The location (only a few hundred metres from Petronas Twin Towers and Starbucks across the street); the modern, spacious clean room; the size of the room; the amenities (washing machine including free laundry power); design of the hotel (theme); and facilities (pools and cafes). We really loved the infinity pool and fantastic views !!

We were on 39A floor but the reception sent us to floor 40 on arrival which was confusing - we had to return to reception and then be told to go to 39A - but not a big issue

Room photo’s are not matching with reality, 2nd room is really really , only a bed fits, between two walls, feels like you are in a camper. This room is not shown on the picture. No warm water in shower and bathroom is too small for a family pool on 6th floor was really crowded, felt like public pool, assume not only guests. Also no towels Not good facilities for changing clothes when you leave and already checked out. Reception not same feeling as in a real hotel

It was nice that there were two rooms. I was able to cook food, and the water was warm.

The noise from the air conditioner was loud. It was difficult to find the parking lot for Tower 1 and Tower 2, and the residence said that the deposit would be paid again and returned 14 days after check-out. That was a bit strange.

The breakfast is served at level 69, a great spot and it would be a perfect start if they would serve breakfast. Unfortunately the service at breakfast is terrible. The staff does not clean tables that have been used. One morning we came and there was 1 family at one table and all other tables where with the used plates etc on. They cleaned a table for us however there was hardly anything to eat. That was at 10 and the breakfast is open till 12.30. The other days we have been taking breakfast outside. I have reported this to the reception and management would come back to me, however I have never heard back again.

Breakfast was a bit basic, but adequate. Location was good, easy to walk or to catch a grab. The apartment was large, clean, well equipped and had a wonderful view. Loved that it had a combined washer dryer. The main pool was lovely, huge and clean.

The lift waits were a bit annoying and a couple of them did not seem to have the air-con working but this was probably the only issue that we had with the accommodation.

It was a last-minute booking because the apartment we had originally reserved did not respond and we were forced to book a new room. The apartment had a reception, so we were able to coordinate everything there immediately, which was a nice option (only that place had a reception in the tower). The apartment itself was nice and well-equipped. We had two rooms; one was quite spacious with an incredibly large bed and the other had a standard double bed. The view from the apartment was amazing, and we had free access to two pools on the premises. As for minor points, the electrical outlets are different from European ones, but the host provided us with adapters immediately.

Fantastic location walking distance to lots of attractions. Very spacious room with everything we needed.

The set up was slightly odd with the one bathroom being off the room with two single beds. This meant we had to sneak in while our children were sleeping to use the facilities. There weren’t many loungers at the family pool and they were all taken every time we went there.

Really nice apartment in a skyscraper we were at the 43A floor and the view from the rooms was fantastic , it gets even better when you get to the last floor. There are two pools at the last and 6th floor. The big pool is packed with people at the end of the day, but it is still very pleasant. Fantastic location and spacious apartment

We had breakfast included, but it was nothing special so if you have to pay, I suggest you either get a grab or go to the caffè at the 6th floor

Asked in advance for a room with a view on the PETRONAS, was partial view, I was a little bit disappointed You have to ask for the cleaning every day, otherwise it will not be done Booked an apartment with 2 rooms, the only bathroom/toilet of the apartment was in one room, not very practical when traveling with your family members
