Staff were very helpful. Good evening meal available with the opportunity to have supper on the terrace overlooking the chateau. Reasonable breakfast. Great to have kettle and coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

No air con in room though a fan was available to use. Premises a little 'tired', clean but needs updating or refurbishing. Not quite the standard we have seen in other Campanile premises. Outside seating areas overgrown with long scrubby grass and shrubs.

Friendly atmosphere, location, food was good quality. Hard working staff. Parking outside the room a big bonus for disabled persons (if left clear).

Towels in the room were bordering on the past it stage. Adjoining roomsters parking. rear of vehicles wheels against the kerb leaving less than 600mm clear space to walk through along room frontage.

This is a very nice hotel. Very basic, but for its price excellently suited. Breakfast is good, and I had a nice dinner there as well. The hotel is on the outskirts of Bagneux, with easy access to the motorway, which makes it ideal for those passing through. Getting to Saumur city centre is also very easy, just turn right off the hotel's street and it is a straight shot to Saumur and the river. As a tourist, you should have all the possibilities.

The only downside I've found is the wifi. In the bar and restaurant, the coverage was spotty at best. In the room itself coverage was fine but the portal was not online, and I had to disable and re-enable the wifi before I got a good connection.

We had dinner bed and breakfast and it was very good value. The room we were in has been upgraded to the one we were in last year and was a big improvement.

The road into the hotel needs improvement.

Comfortable and clean and we had the dinner bed and breakfast which was excellent value. We have stayed here several times and this time we were in one of the more modern or updated rooms which was an improvement on the last time we stayed.

Good rooms with adjacent car parking. Receptionist rather disinterested. Good breakfast. Everything very clean. Fine for short stay en route elsewhere.

Signing of hotel needs improvement off roundabout and approach roads. About 2 kms from Saumur itself. Noisy coach party not told to quieten down by hotel staff.

Clean, recently renovated, staff extremely helpful, food good.

The approach very shabby, sign for hotel dirty and extremely difficult to see from a busy roundabout. It’s a pity as the rest of the hotel was good.

The staff where amazing. Ample free parking. Firm mattress was an absolute bonus.

There are no fridges in the rooms. As i was travelling with medication that needs to be refridgerated. This was a major inconvenience.

Room was clean. Restaurant on site was very convenient and excellent value.

Room had connecting door and could clearly hear the occupants in the next room

It is American style motel when you exit room to the street where is your car. Very niece experience. Especially the restaurant and breakfast were good. Staf was niece.
