The breakfast in Emiliya restaurant was huge and outstanding! The dinner in Salter"s restaurant was exceptional! The service, the beautifully served meals and the whole atmosphere was romantic. We really enjoyed our staying!

1) The checkin process was little longer than we expected, because there was a queue and we had to wait. 2) In SPA we wanted to buy male swimming pants and to record the cost on our number and pay for it during checkout. Unfortunately, no one explained before about deposit procedure in the hotel and we did not know about the necessity of deposit. Usually in our practice all the expenses during staying in the hotels are recoded on room and during checkout You pay total amount. So, the deposit requirement was totally unexpected. We highly recommend remove it.

It's a business hotel, so exactly what you would expect in that sense, but it's a nice business hotel. The staff are outstanding, the building is well-maintained, and the room was comfortable. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had anywhere, and I have had an awful lot of them - a huge range of options, including things cooked to order, and all good quality. Certainly my hotel of choice for future trips to Astana.

Not exactly a gorgeous neighbourhood, as it's kind of like an upmarket stripmall, but it's Astana.

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance from all key attractions and government offices. It looks very new and fresh. Service is great. Rooms are standard good size for a modern 5* tower property. The Michelin-starred Salter's steak house is outstanding by every measure and highly recommended in its own right.

The kitchen at the main restaurant - Emiliya - is a real disaster. We have tried it for dinner, breakfast and in-room dining. The breakfast was fine, but the dinner and the in-room dining were arguably the worst food we had in a 5* hotel for many years of travel. Okroska (well known Russian cold soup) was not eatable, and other dishes were cooked in a way it is done in student canteens. The menu at Emiliya is also quite odd for a property of this caliber. In short, try to avoid this F&B outlet or the in-room dining. The other problem is narrow bath tubs. There is no separate shower cubicle, so taking a shower is such a confined space was uncomfortable. This is a room design issue, so cannot be fixed.

Facilities are new and well maintained,the location is very convenient,but the game changer is the staff working at the property,especially the way Mr.Sanzhar made an eye-contact as soon as we entered to the property,greeted us properly,finished our check-in process less than in 3 minutes including explanations of facilities and working hours,and the same way during our stay,always super friendly,professional and supportive,our stay was great, we would love to back! Thank you!

We loved every minute of our stay. It was a very special occasion for us, our first wedding anniversary and all the staff were very attentive. A very touching welcoming gift was very much appriciated when we arrived in our very comfortable and well equiped bedroom . We loved the view over snowy Astana. Dinner at Salter's was unforgettable and breakfast at Emilya's unbelievable. We will definitly come back, need to try the SPA!

The excellent location, rooms, restaurants, and staff made for a great experience. If we visit Astana again, we would love to stay there. Every request we had was promptly accommodated. The nice shopping center located in the same building was a bonus.

Exceptional Location, very friendly staff, especially Aygerim helped me a lot this time 🙏 my room was very clean with good view, swimming pool and spa just a lifesaver. When visiting Astana my no 1 choice.

This wasn't my first stay in this hotel. - All of us, who travel for business purposes, do know, that the standard of international hotel chains is quite comparable across the world. However, what does make a difference, is the hotel team. And this Sheraton team is really exceptional here in Astana. The guys remember you, some even by name, and help wherever they can. It is exactly this hotel team, that makes me returning to this place again an again without risking some different place. - Thanks for the enjoyable, pleasant stay!

Friendly responsive staff especially concierge, reception, bell boys (!!) and in room dining and lobby bar. Nice swimming pool, heated floor in bathroom.

Crowded breakfast, lack of yoghurt, some staff not really helpful. Bed a bit too hard, curtains do not enable blackout which is especially difficult when the room is facing the east.

The location is excellent, all main sights are within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is tasty. I stayed there second time already and I like the level of service this hotel provides.
