Great location for exploring the area. Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Check in and out was a breeze. Well appointed rooms with really nice bathroom. Room was a nice size and very comfortable. Refreshing pool in the heat. As well as the air-conditioned rooms. Definitely going back, for a longer stay.

Bed slightly too hard for my liking.

An overall cosy feel to the place. Helpful and friendly staff. Great selection for breakfast. I loved the view of the mountains from my balcony (had a room - with a white door - at the corner facing the swimming pool. Wi-fi worked well. Good beds.

I missed proper reading lamps by the bed, spotlights, and also better lighting by the "writing table". As it was now, the best light was right by the entrance.

We were a group of friends travelling for a wedding and they made the stay so special! We had to leave early in the morning the day of check out and they had made us a beautiful breakfast. Communication was great from the hosts also. The hotel itself has clean spacious rooms and a lovely pool.

Pleasant house and host initially helpful with trying to secure me a restaurant when all were closed in the area on a Sunday - be warned. Room was very large and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

House was cold. It IS probably a great place in summer, but due to temperature, much of the house was unusable, and it made for a quick breakfast. And stay not helped by all restaurants in the town being closed on a Sunday - BE WARNED. Staff seemed quite cold and down too..

Since our previous stay some restaurants in town closed down,please check the options to eat prior to your arrival as this property does not cater for dinner and the food and the service of the only available option was sub standard

Room was big and well equipped, except only 1 hard chair. 2 comfortable chairs would have been nice. Beautiful view, nice gardens. Secure parking. Staff very helpful and even booked for dinner at the only restaurant open that day.

We loved everything about the Queen as soon as we arrived! The staff is superb and makes sure you feel welcomed and at home! The property is beautiful and spotless and feels brand new even though the pictures on the walls tell you the history of this historic property. The room was extremely comfortable and we slept perfectly!

That we only stayed one night so we couldn’t enjoy the pool much!

Convenient location with good secure parking. We did not make use of the breakfast facilities as we left early in the morning but they did pack us some sandwiches as a take-away. Rooms very well appointed and comfortable. We had a great view over the vineyards.

Everything was wonderful. So many extras in the room eg. Sleepers, a gown. Our room was on the road overlooking the vineyards. So beautiful. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They even phoned to check which restaurants were open for us. We went to Uitkyk as per their recommendation. Beautiful views!

The property is so well kept it was actually astounding. We loved the personal service from Juanita and enjoyed the property, the tranquil gardens and comfortable rooms. We would highly recommend you visit.
