The food was fenomenal , super delicious, tasty, and prices are good for the effect of the owner to cook. Its super nice! The rooms super confortable, and with airconditioner. Nice garden and place to have dinner and breakfast!.

Everything was fenomenal, unfortunatelly the swimming pool was super dirty and full of mosquitos. It was super hot days and a quick cool swim could made our stay even better. So I will highly recommend to fix and clean the pool as soon as possible.

The warm welcome and cold beer on arrival, the pool was brilliant, and my 2 boys were in that within a few minutes of getting our rooms. Dinner was really good - all 4 of us had the Ostrich, it was cooked perfectly and a really nice bottle of red to wash it down. Room was spacious and beds comfy and the bathroom laid out well and it felt very well separated from the rest of the room. Breakfast was also really good, the omelettes are lovely and option 2 on the breakfast menu is definitely my choice. Coffee in the morning looking out across the gardens and the bird life was a great start to the day. A really nice staff member had also washed the cars for the guests first thing in the morning, so that was greatly appreciated!

We truly found a gem of a place to stay in Oudtshoorn. Peaceful setting with a fantastic host who graciously accommodated our later than expected arrival, with super helpful and friendly staff. The breakfasts and dinners were always freshly prepared and delicious. Everything was always so neat and clean, just a pleasure to get back at the end of the day. Sometimes it’s the little things that WOW a person, our car was washed on the morning of our departure, which is apparently done for all guests. You won’t regret choosing this B&B as your stay over – Julian and Derek

Staff were excellent under fantastic management. Very clean, feel relaxed instantly upon arrival. Added bonus the food was excellent and an evening meal is a must the experience is fantastic, top rated chef will provide an amazing three course meal. Ideally situated for the ostrich farms and the can go caves. Love dour stay would recommend to anyone visiting this area, you wont get better

Amazing place! We stayed in Thylitshia Villa Country Guest House only for one night. Nevertheless, we had a great time! Our room was well equipped and clean. The host was very nice and for dinner prepared for us his famous delicious ostrich. Our car had been washed in the morning, which was a really nice surprise after two days of safari in Addo Elephant Park :-) Strongly recommend this place to everybody as most likely you will not find a better place in Oudtshoorn area!

Everything was perfect!

Thoroughly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Oudtshoorn! Rooms were impeccably clean and decorated lovely (very spacious as well). Food was amazing, especially the ostrich fillet cooked perfectly by Lollies. Set in really well kept grounds with lovely views. Lollies and all the team were great hosts - we will definitely be back.

Nice little family business. Everyone we met were very sweet. The room was pretty, it had electric blankets and a very large bathroom.

Because it's winter, it was rather cold in the room and in the dining area. The room did have a small electric heater, but it wasn't enough to vest the room up. Luckily the electric blankets made the bed nice and warm and we still slept very well.

Lovely, friendly and welcoming staff. Lollies the owner went out of his way to be friendly and attended to our every need. He prepared and served a delicious dinner and Sarah served a great breakfast. I even got my car washed by August the gardener.

We were there during the big freeze and a hot water bottle would have helped...never thought of asking!

Thylitshia Villa Country Guesthouse is a very lovely place to stay. Lollies is a great host and tended to our every need, including where to go, where to eat, cautions about weather effect on certain destinations, and more. The room was so cosy and comfortable, we were dissapointed that we only stayed for one night. The food was excellent! Lollies served his famous ostrich fillet with red wine sauce, and it was cooked perfectly. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee extremely good! Highly recommended!

It a nice property residing at a good location near the main city - the ostrich capital of the world. Its an old farmhouse but very well managed and nicely handled by new owner. The couple is gracious enough to help you before you arrive the property and try to understand your specific needs or requirement. The room are nice and spacious. It has a nice pool and garden area to enjoy evening coffee. The host cooks great food and serves lovely breakfast as per your specs. Its quite close to nearby Ostrich farmhouse where you can visit early morning with no rush or crowd. Great place to enjoy peace and tranquility in a desert!!
