First of all, the cleanliness of the property was impeccable. As someone who is very particular about cleanliness, I was impressed by the attention to detail and how well-maintained the property was. The linens were fresh, the bathroom was spotless, and the entire apartment was tidy and organized. As someone who traveled with my 5-year-old son, I appreciated the thoughtful touches that were put in place to make our stay more comfortable. But what really set this accommodation apart was the hospitality of the hosts. They were extremely friendly, welcoming, and communicative throughout our stay. They were always available to answer any questions we had and made sure that we had everything we needed to feel at home. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, child-friendly, and hospitable place to stay.

We had a great time at Karoo Soul. The receptionist was very friendly. She made us to feel like we were at our home, even made my day super special by a surprise birthday message. The accommodation is neat and have everything you need. Pool is well maintained and the beds are comfortable. Not to mention that it is just next to the CBD.

Our door was not locking. I feel like we were supposed to be informed before hand.

Met expectations. Easy to access and close to the athletics track and swimming pool where we had to compete for Western Province in the Highgate interprovincial meeting. Also close to the city centre as we wanted.

No complaints. Maybe a tv in the room, but wasn't really needed?

The garden was beautiful and perfect for young children. The pool was a highlight too.

We had to unscrew the lightbulb in the lounge as it wouldn't switch off (one of these loadshedding bulbs). The toilet to the bathroom is awkward as it opens right into the kitchen, and you have to latch it to close it.

We were truly grateful for being able to come back (per arrangement) after running a race to have a quick shower before our drive home.

We were a bit surprised by the shared bathrooms, however, it had no negative impact on our stay.

Karoo soul.is a gem in Oudtshoorn. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful and clean, the pool clean and refreshing, the shower warm, the garden green and beautiful. It was a wonderful stay.

Ilze, the owner, was very kind, with a very gentle soul. The cottage was nice and cute equipped with everything we needed. .we loved the fact that the was a pool and braai facilities so that we could entertain ourselves. The place was stunning close to shops if need be. We will definitely be back again.

The family room was neat, clean and comfortable, especially the beds. The grounds were peaceful, spacious, relaxing. The ample trees and plants with multiple paths made it excellent for our young kids to play and explore. The swimming pool was the highlight, esp in the hot Outdshoorn sun. A very down-to-earth place where you feel at home. Ilze and Anthony were very friendly and helpful.

The owner is amazing, super helpful and the most kind. The place is so cosy with lots of nice touches, loads of places to hang out and it has a great swimming pool too! The room was immaculately clean, the bed was very comfortable and we will definitely stay here again if ever back in Oudthoorn. 10/10!

The beds are comfortable and the unit had everything that we needed. The staff members are super friendly and overall a great place to stay at.
