The service was amazing. The breakfast was filling and had a great variety. The manager, two servers in the morning and Jermaine made our stay very comfortable. Will definitely recommend Turnberry Boutique Hotel.

The bed pillows should be a little harder a bit too soft for my liking but other than that everything was perfect.

Breakfast, on the first day, we were not able to eat properly because we were running to the SAPS pass out, we have attended. Of course, it was not bad, it was good. I like you faciality and your staff was good to us.

You must improve on you TV channel. I only watch three channels which two is Soccer and not relevant to me. Take noted I was with my kids. Wi-Fi not good also improve.

Good location, comfortable, excellent breakfast and staff very helpful and pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate our requests.

Warm beer in the Tavern, though to be fair they opened up just for us. A dirty pillow case, though it was very quickly and efficiently resolved. Very limited TV channels.

Our room was perfect! We didn’t need anything more. They clean it every day. (When we came back from our adventure, our bed was made & towels were changed) The reception staff is so friendly & helpful. The breakfast was DELICIOUS & the kitchen ladies were lovely!

The geyser’s of the neighbour’s makes a lot of noise when they shower. Also the aircon makes a funny noise when its been on for a while (specifically throughout the night)

Everything. Very helpful, friendly and welcoming staff especially Austin. The rooms are very comfortable, with good facilities and the shower in the en suite is powerful. The breakfasts are superb and the choice of food is excellent. There is a nice courtyard and pool area. Plenty of free, secure parking and the rooms are very competitively priced. Would definitely stay here again. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

The staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. The beds are comfortable and you will have a good night's rest. Lovely pub and centrally located. Quirky art puts a smile on your face.

1) The staff allocation is not sufficient. Multiple instances of waiting for the gate to open, barman to serve, breakfast table to be cleaned, food to be served. The staff on duty is doing their best (very friendly), however, that does not compensate for continuous waiting due to insufficient staff numbers. 2) Not load shedding equipped, sadly.

The location of the hotel is good and within walking distance to some restaurants. The room was a good size with a large comfortable bed. The breakfast had a good spread and something for everyone.

Such lovely helpful staff! From the reception to the wonderful people in the restaurant, they were all fabulous!

A small issue … the TV reception and WiFi in the garden suite was non existent!

Had everything we needed and more and the staff are amazing. Pool was welcoming in the heat. Great aircon. Definitely be back. Clean rooms and truly enjoyed the garden rooms.

Bed seemed a little hard

Tranquility in the heart of the city. A compact little hotel with big rooms and a great bar. Super breakfast - possibly the best vetkoek I’ve ever had. Friendly staff, great value for money
