reception was effective, helpful and friendly. the room was spacious, all the equipment worked and the beds and pillows were good. Lovely shower and complimentary soaps. The porter called after me to remind me about items i forgot in the room - i really appreciated this gesture.

only cremora with the coffee - it is known this is not good for one's health. The warm water tap in the bathroom was faulty and could not close properly. it would be good to have a small fridge in the room.

It was comfortable. Beds were good, lovely shower head, will not work for elderly people as the shower is in the bathtub. We enjoyed the 10 hole putt putt, we didn't use the pool due to chilly weather but it didn't look too clean anyway. They have volleyball and tennis as well. It was clean. Room facing the pool, lovely view. Value for money.

Damp smell in the cupboards, we had to keep it open to avoid the smell getting onto our clothing. The room smell itself was fine, infact it had a pleasant smell as we entered. I would stay again.

The pool is very big, it's clean and cool, exactly what I expected, it was lovely.

There's an events Lounge of some sorts around the side corner of the hotel, which played loud music from 18h00. I asked the friendly staff if something can be done about it, since almost the whole hotel was booked with runners getting up at 03h00 the next morning for a big race, so they needed sleep. The staff must have done something because the music then was less noisy and we could sleep.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The bathroom was a little outdated, but we could overlook that. We were really happy to have a fridge in the room. Staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating to our early mornings and the breakfast was nice. We had a great room with access to the pool for the kids. It's a great hotel for families with children, it suited the purpose of our stay.

The room was spacious with pool view and beds provided a solid sleep. No traffic noise. The location great. Staff was very friendly and breakfast buffet good.. Will stay again as it is good value for money.

Our stay was during the KKNK Karoo festival and check in on Good Friday Long queues resulted in a stressful situation for the staff who could not cope. Our room did not have the facilities as per booking. Had to ask for towels. Only a shower and no bath as requested due to the chaos that followed after 300 school kids checked out the same day.

The bathroom.Shower in bath and had a shower certain.Needs an upgrade.Older people will struggle to get in and out as well.Other guests make a lot of noise during the early morning hours outside the window ad well as inside.Although the hotel can't help that,I feel outside they must have someone to regulate that at least.There is not much sound proof,so a person hears everything the others are saying etc.

Good location

The lift is faulty, it does not stop level to the floor. If you book on booking.com, breakfast is payable but if you call them then u get breakfast included and it's the same price on Booking.com

Our rooms were very clean, bathroom was need, bed slept "lekker". The buffet breakfast was very nice, and all the staff was very friendly. We did not visit the pool, but from our room window, it looked clean, and nice to swim in. We will definitely recommend the place for anyone visiting Oudtshoorn.

The room was comfortable and liked the bed set-up with two double beds standard in the rooms. Thankful for the aircon and conveniently located with good restaurants opposite the road.

Rooms were slightly dated and the hair dryer was functional, but very old.

The hotel is situated centrally to the main tourist attractions with a good number of restaurants in the vicinity.

There was no trash can available and a chair. I wasn’t sure if I could drink the tap water, and no water was provided.
