The bed was comfortable; room was decent sized with a nice toilet/shower with the vanity separate. Fridge and microwave in place. No closet, but luggage rack and hanging rack available. Front desk staff was pleasant and efficient. Breakfast was available.

The facility is a little older and could use a refresh, but overall, for the price, was a comfy and safe place to stay and close to the falls and other areas of interest.

The staff were super nice and understanding they helped me along the entire way and let me have a one hour extra check out I had my room cleaned out and ready to go an hour early but they were so nice and kind to me breakfast was descent and Nicole and the others made me feel like a valued guest from the moment I walked in

The jacuzzi / hot tub didn’t work and the sauna doesn’t get very hot I waited 45 min in the sauna for it to heat up and it doesn’t seem like either the sauna or the jacuzzi are well maintained that’s my only complaint everything else was phenomenal

They were vacuuming the hallway from 10 to 11 pm at night. The laundry was being processed from 11 to 12 pm (across the hallway from our room). The pictures on the website indicated that in the room was a loveseat not a conference room chair. This doesn’t sound like much, however if you need to sleep in the chair, you don’t get much sleep. No tissues in the tissue dispenser. The room did not have an extra blanket, as other motels have. We ask for 2 extra pillows, didn’t get them.

For the price it was very good. A friend stayed at a more expensive hotel across the street and they didn't even have a fridge or microwave. My hotel did at Super 8. The rooms were clean and the bed comfy for the most part. All in all it wasn't a five star hotel but exactly what I'd expect for the price.

Nothing major. As long as you understand you will be getting what you pay for then it's a great hotel. Is it older and a bit run down? Yes. Was it about $100 less than othrr hotels nearby? Yep!

It was great staff working both nights we were there. Also the breakfast was great and everything was clean.

The fact that they could give us a smoking room for the exact same price even though it is the exact same room I booked.

The lady at the desk when I checked in was very friendly! The bed was so comfortable and I slept better than I usually do in a room.

I can’t think of anything, I was only in the room, typically to sleep as I was in town for a conference.

Breakfast was basic, but good that it was provided. Room was basic, but clean and did not smell of smoke. We arrived quite late, but settled in quickly and got a good nights rest.

Good for the price of a room, though the price online jumps with each occupant listed. We have 4 very young kids, but we were allowed to use just 1 room with just 2 beds. Thanks for that!

Really nice pillows, bed was just right firmness. Sufficient selection for breakfast. Location was reasonable and easy to get to. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was dim. Shower rod was "tired" and sagged. Room was quite cool, but that made sleeping deeper once I fell asleep.

I liked that it had sufficient parking. The breakfast was stocked & server lady was nice & very helpful, the room ac was modern & not so loud. It was/ is better than best western next door. Your my new favorite motel. Note: for several years I worked for US state department at embassies and consulates & I know the full gammet of hotel/ motels. My last 2 stays at Pocatello & Idaho falls were perfect in my estimation. I work long hours out of town & just need shower & good sleep to do it again. Thanks for asking.

I've traveled for work all my career & I just need quite might time rest. Refrigerator is a bonus(which my room had). I'm usually never hungry in the morning so good hot coffee is a must(I had a waffle & coffee my last stay was fantastic.

How the night staff Lester&lady training very helpful answering quest&very kind getting my towels etc! Also Chrissy the maid was very helpful as well! I am very happy bc I have MS &have a walker& they all incl Amanda have been so personable& EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING! THANK YOU ALL!

That the vending machine &ice are only on the 2nd floor! 😥
