The hotel and its facilities were very good. The pool area and spa, were superb. Loved the location. The choice of food at breakfast was vast, and it was all fresh.

Unfortunately, the room we had was quite poor. It spoiled our stay, somewhat. The too. was old fashioned and in need of complete decoration and modernisation. The bathroom was exceptionally poor, with a 70s corner bath and just a hand shower, that was wrapped around a mixer tap, that you had to place in a holder. There wasn’t a shower screen/cubicle or shower curtain, to stop the water splashing all over the floor. The bath looked dirty, too, and was in dire need of new silicone around the edge.

The building, courtyard, gardens and grounds are absolutely beautiful. Pool was perfect and breakfast choice was amazing. Location was perfect, in the middle of the bay and close to everything. Bus stop, pier, tram, shops &so many restaurants. We loved Port Soller!

Not that easy to access with suitcases, staff was not friendly limit rude, didn’t say hello when we came in. This didn’t match with a luxurious hotel and the beauty of the place, very disappointed. On our first morning staff was arguing at breakfast and being very loud banging all the plates and showing their frustration…Room was small for 3. Great for a couple but not for 3.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel! The grounds are stunning, with plenty of room to relax by the pool or in the lush gardens. We went half board and the breakfast and dinner offered a fantastic variety, and I loved trying the olive oil from olives grown right on the property. Our room in the original building was spacious and full of character, making it a cozy retreat. Conveniently located just minutes walk from the beach and marina, this hotel is a hidden gem! The friendly staff made our stay even better. If you're looking for a getaway that combines natural beauty, comfort, and a touch of history, this hotel is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to visit again!

Location excellent, rooms nice, very clean, pool restaurant lunch delicious, breakfast delicious, very safe, pool & pool area excellent. Waiter Kevin very helpful & very friendly - best staff member we met.

Not child friendly. We have 3 boys, 12 year old twins & a 7 year old. Very little facilities for older kids (maybe not clientele hotel is going for - lots of elderly guests there) Even in the pool lifeguard was very strict with boys even jumping (not diving ) in the pool. Our boys love tennis & you have to pay approx 17E-27E for a court per hour whereas kids want to play 15 mins here & there not for a full hour in the heat so this would’ve worked out v expensive for us. No child friendly cereals at breakfast - maybe get some coco pops & rice crispies. Hotel is fine for babies or young kids but definitely not older kids.

This is a beautiful hotel with stunning gardens and grounds. It has a wonderful spa with a peaceful garden attached for adults making it the perfect stay for adults or families. The swimming pool is big, clean and beautiful with lots of beds for all guests. The staff are efficient and friendly.

The tennis courts were great but we were not told when we first booked the courts that we had to pay for booking them. We are only told this after booking a few times.

Located on large, well maintained grounds with a historic building converted into the main reception area. Plaesant ambience of the whole compund. High quality finishings. Very decent breakfast offer. Two great tennis courts. Located right by the bay but far enough to escape the noise of the main promenade.

As in most hotels, its nearly impossible to book a massage because all the slots are occupied. The shower mechanism in our room was faulty and You couldnt really set a temperature You needed. It went from nice and warm to ice cold and then to boiling without any warning or instruction from us. Quite irritating and possibly dangerous if You were to have a small child taking a shower.

A stunning historical hotel with super friendly staff and great food. We were delighted when we were upgraded to a suite in a tower with a lovely big terrace which made it very special for us. It was just minutes from the busy front but was tucked away so it was quiet with a beautiful view of its gardens and the surrounding mountains.

Our mattress was very uncomfortable but they did put a topper on to try and make it better for us, which was very much appreciated.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful setting 🌳 in lush green gardens. Facilities are great with tennis 🎾 courts, spa and lovely staff. Great spot if you like hiking or cycling . The port is so nice , such a lovely part of Mallorca. We would like to go back someday for sure .

We loved our stay but one thing that we feel could be improved are the beds & cushions 🛌 they are quite uncomfortable: we stayed in the standard room , so I’m not sure if they are the same in the suites etc .

Great location, very nice, helpful and professional stuff, beautiful facilities - outdoor & indoor pool, huge gardens... Excellent breakfast, perfect size of a room with balcony. Just great

Very soft beds :( And surprisingly short beds. I am pretty short, can't imagine anyone over 185cm to have a good sleep there. This was the only minus unfortunately.

From start to finish it was the perfect choice. Location was excellent, the property was truly spectacular, what a fabulous setting. ....we were only sorry we could not have stayed longer. Emi checked us in, she was fantastic, what a great representative for the hotel, she even showed us to our room, 116.....it was full of character in the old building. She explained everything in such detail, nothing was too much trouble, thank you once again Emi....hope you have a lovely time in 🇮🇪
