A wonderful location in a quaint and picturesque olive grove. The apartment has all the needed amenities and is well furnished. There is private parking for motor vehicles and bicycles, which makes exploring the lakeside that more enjoyable.

Heating and ventilation could use some work. The bathroom extraction fan doesn't have enough power and if you are cooking the kitchen overhead extractor only recirculates the air.

Fantastic place to stay. Lovely clean, bright, modern apartments around a garden area which was lit up at night. Private patio area with outdoor seating and younger children’s play area. Table tennis and city bikes that can be used at any time. Perfect for going to the Lake or supermarket on the cycle path/quiet roads. We also used them as a family of 5 to cycle on the many cycle paths to neighbouring villages/towns. Have thought of everything for the bikes to make them usable by all - a toddler seat and 2 children bikes available as well as locks. Good restaurant next door which was an added bonus. Interesting to see and hear about the vineyards and olive groves and a complementary bottle of their wine was a nice touch, which was enjoyed thanks.

This place is wonderful for anyone looking to be a little bit out in the countryside but yet close enough to the town and beach. The beach is perhaps 10 minutes by bike from the property (on a dedicated bike path). And they have ample bikes for guests to use. There are olive and lemon trees everywhere. You feel like you're out in the countryside. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with well-functioning AC, a wonderful bathroom with skylight and a huge shower (great water pressure), two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a living room with couch, tv and table, plus a lovely covered terrace.

This is a typical idyllic place to stay. Very centrally located in Riva, you are a 10 minute walk from the boulevard of Lake Garda. The complex is run by a family business. You drive between the vineyards, there are several apartments on the property, but it is very quiet and you can enjoy yourself here. The host is very friendly and helpful. You can even buy bottles of wine from the vineyard. The apartment is fully equipped, full kitchen, nice bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a private terrace on a beautiful garden between the olive trees. We had a wonderful time!

perfect place. very cozy, clean, secluded. Convenient location to all attractions. pleasant and helpful staff. You can rent bicycles on site (even with a child seat). we came for the half marathon, we will definitely come again and stay in the same place

The area of the property is beautiful, located 7 min bike ride from the beach and all the old city area. The property supply bikes free of charge (with enough range of bike size)

We loved the place and the owner - super helpful, very nice and professional. Bikes are a great addition to the Apartments, as there are many bike routes and it's super easy and fast to get anywhere you need! Thank you, it was an exceptional stay.

Church is quite close to the apartments and we heard the bells often and loud.

Very modern and brand new apartments. Closed and beautifull backyard (i think there was charger for EV cars). The personel was very kind and helpfull. Air condition in every room. Very good localisation, just 10 minutes on foot to Garda Lake. Perfect place to stay for a long vacation. I recommend on 100%.

Everything was perfect!!!

New, well planned apartment with direct access to table and chairs in the garden. Location is near a walking and bike path where you, within a few minutes, can reach the lake or bike up yo Arco. Air conditioning worked well.

A few extra toilettepapers and liqiid soap would be good. The church bell starts at 7 and may wake you up, but it's also disturbing if you have a conversion outdoors.

Everything was prefect. Comfy beds, very clean apartmant, spacious... Pietro is a great host, we even got a bottle of nice red wine. They thought of everything, you can borrow their bike, or you can use your own and keep it safe under the lock on the property. Great value for money, and perfect for active couples.
