Quiet room at the back

Danger. Do not stay here. My motorbike tyre was let down by an employee of the adjoining restaurant. I nearly crashed at 80kmh. When I requested footage from the security cameras, I was told no.

The service

Everything was perfect

Clean and spacious room, comfortable beds, air conditioning, well located if you arrive by car.

The hotel is located next to the motorway, so it's a bit noisy but with earplugs it was perfectly fine.

Rooms as expected

Pictures are misleading, several pictures in the publication have nothing to do with the facilities, starting with the first one. Other pictures with swimming pools or jacuzzi are not part of the hotel facilities.

Pool was good

Bedsheets not clean.

Some dude was able to open my room with his room key. In the middle of the night I heard my door open and the light came on I ran to the door and this guy was confused to find people in the room. I grabbed his key to see what room he was staying in and It was a different room.

It was easy to find & staff was accommodating.

The beds were very old & broken with one side that completely sunk in. The afternoon sun & road noise was too much, we requested to move to the opposite side to see the back garden & pool, which was much better.

The room is big but it is empty, just the beds and a chair. The location is ok, but there are other hotels with better service around that area.

We booked a room for 6, yet we only get 3 towels, staff told us it was because the towels were according to the number of beds not the number of persons. The staff is highly inattentive, during and after the stay. During the stay, it was difficult to find someone who could help with simple things. After the stay, they do not answer the phone, the emails, it has been really problematic to get my invoice. They don't even answer to the Booking.com staff nor to the hotel chain they belong to. I don't recommend it because if you encounter any issue you will find it extremely difficult to get help.
