We stayed in the VIP Deluxe Double Room. The room was very clean, modern, and far exceeded our expectations. The king bed was very large and comfortable, and the room even had a terrace with a small table and set of chairs. The TV and bed were aligned perfectly for comfortable viewing. The bathroom included a toilet with many interesting controls, a shower with nice water pressure, and a bathtub. Even the provided shower gel and shampoo felt and smelled amazing. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. We will absolutely stay here if we travel to Kaohsiung again!

Nicely renovated Japanese business hotel-ish hotel. Everything was clean and nice. The staff spoke English, which was very helpful. Great location if you are fan of Bo’er art district (20min walk). Hotel provides snacks at the dining area from 3-10pm, guests can bring their own food to eat at the area.

1. A bit hard to reach with public transportation (5-10min walk from the stations, no direct transportation to the major stations) but doable. 2. Lot’s of mosquitoes at the dining area.

Location is pretty strategic, room is quite spacious and clean. Quiet area too so there isn't much noise at night.

The front desk was not the friendliest and it was quite weird to see that they printed out the names and pasted the list on the front desk. I was able to see the names of everyone checking in on that day.

The room is well equipped, the bed is very comfy. The room and facilities are clean. And the cleaning and stuff refill are very professional.

The free laundry service sounded awesome, but the self-service laundry machine and drying machine didn't work well and made the clothes smelly... have to take the clothes out to other laundry shop to re-wash all over.

A really good 3-star hotel. The check-in went easy. We also speak Mandarin, but the reception spoke good English. The rooms were good, and the shower size was comfortable. It was easy to find some breakfast opportunities around. Close by, you can find YouBike(2) rental bikes. Also without biking, it is easy to discover the city by walking around. For us it was also no issue to walk to the famous Formosa MRT-station. You must have a bit of patience to enjoy the light show there. We recommend the hotel.

They only thing, I can write here is that it is far from the HSR station. But that is due to the location of the station and not of the hotel. If you travel to Tainan, you also can take the normal train. The station is not so far.

The breakfast was really good. The coffee was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The check-in was simple and the staff spoke good English and even some Japanese, which was so appreciated. We will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel! We stayed in a room with two twin beds, the room is clean and of good size for 2 people. The staff is friendly as well. The hotel is about 5-7 minutes from a MRT station, and there are many good food options in the area.

Everything was great. Very clean room and bathroom inside. We had a lot of space inside the room, no tripping over our luggage. Shops and small restaurants step away from the hotel's entrance door. The personnel was very polite and helpful. Given a chance, I'll come back for sure.

It was everything we needed and more, in a very modern and clean place - nothing not to like about it

The hotel is quite new and modern, the rooms are large (for Chinese condition) and modern furnished. The bathroom is very well integrated into the room, and the beds are most comfortable ever....a dream for sleeping.

The only thing I didn't like was the very weak sound protection of the rooms. You could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, like the walls being made out of paper.
