Location of hotel, size of the room, service provided by the hotel. Lots of parking lots

Hotel provides some personal toiletries in the main lobby although other hotels I stayed with in Taiwan already have it in the individual rooms. Handsoap at wash basin is only provided on request, but they don't provide the soap dish If I'm being extrapicky is the distance to the nearest mrt which is abt 8 mins walk fr exit 4 of Yanchengpu station. But overall it is a pleasant experience.

The Staff. The Director of Resident helped us a lot with every detail. Location is great as well. Same with the property.

The swimming pool was closed for the season. I think it should be stated somewhere. Maybe an automatic message when somebody made the booking. As I always book hotels with a pool. It was a suprise to find out it was closed.

The staff were kind, and I appreciated the swimming pool and clean room conditions. Additionally, various amenities such as a sauna and gym were great.

It was disappointing that swimming caps were required for using the pool and the usage hours were limited. Additionally, there was a strange smell in the lobby.

The room was cozy, albeit a little dated. We enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back.

The bathtub was hard to get in and out of for showering, and there was a bit of mold on the walls. The floor was carpeted, but there seemed to be some broken tile under the carpet.

Love the location. Nice hot tub and sauna in the basement.

Need more soundproofing. We're on the 18th floor and we could still hear the traffic noise. The construction across the street may take a few more years to finish.

Location is good and room was big enough

You can’t use the balcony, they close the door which is stupid The AC was always 21 degrees doesn’t matter temp you choose You need to get all toiletries from the reception

Loved the room and the view

Was very upset that we were not able to go out into the balcony. It was not specified that we could not on the website so we were both let down by that.

The staff were polite, the location and view were good, close to Subway station.

The room's windows were a bit dirty, so I could not take photos.

Cozy bed and pillow. Big room and bathroom. Cold and quiet air-con. Great pool and spa. Big and welcoming lobby.

Smal lockerroom at the pool. Cold pool in spa not that cold (33C). Expected ~10C.

bathtub had a musty smell possible from moisture on the curtain or floor mat hair dryer has very low air flow, specially for my daughter long hair
