The staff was very very nice. My girlfriend hurt her leg before arriving and they were very helpful. The area is great, not far away from the waterside. But I think that the subway station is not that close.

There are many types of rooms and our was not the best. There is no storage space in the room and the bathroom is tiny with washing hands outside of the bathroom. The room was not practical. A huge huge bed but almost nothing apart from it. I have to say that afterwards they offered us to change to another room, which would have some more space (still no storage space) but we were already settled in.

Location was great, close to Pier 2 Art Center and Cijin Island ferry. The room had great views of the marina and was very quiet. We loved the water bottle filling stations on each floor. The laundry room on 2nd floor was super convenient and the front desk had change for the laundry machines. NTD $10 for detergent packet, $50 for washer, $50 for dryer in November 2024. Front desk staff spoke English.

Floors in the room looked a little dirty, but it might have been the pattern of the flooring. Only one elevator and it's small so when a tour group arrived, there was a very long line to our room (12th floor). I ended up walking up to the 6th floor so I could catch it after some people left.

We found the location very nice - close to a nice night market, train and tram stations, but also walking distance (longish walk) to the ferry for Cijin, to the ‘Love Pier’ and also walk up to the lookout. Staff friendly and helpful as we’ve always experienced in Taiwan, and room had a nice balcony for sitting and looking out over some of the city.

Shower and water pressure maybe, but these weren’t bad by any means.

Fantastic location near Pier 2 a great area for a walk along the river enjoying the artwork. Food trucks and market stalls open over the weekend . Within walking distance to light rail for easy access around the city. Local Supermarket down the road and a great room with a view of the harbour.

Nothing really, except the bathroom and shower room are compact.

Lovely hotel to see out the typhoon. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to extend our stay and the location was great - just a few minutes from Pier 2, bus connections and the orange line (MRT). Added bonus of having an onsite laundry service and hot/cold water available.

Our room was cleaned when we asked for it not to be but this may have been a miscommunication.

Great location near Pier 2 and Green Line light rail. MRT Yancheng station just a few blocks East. Clean room, comfortable bed, balcony with harbor views. Strong WiFi. Cable TV with English channels. Bottled water and soft drinks free in room. Snacks and drinks available in lobby. Good A/C. Strong shower with toiletries provided. Good security.

No breakfast available. Places to eat are nearby. Hot water in sink is in opposite direction than hot water in shower.

The location closed to light rail and MRT . Kaohsiung Pier 2 attraction just within 5 mins walking distance. The bedding is huge (2* king singles bedding I guessed ) and 180 degree of harbour view from the balcony were big bonus. Laundry facility is good for us to prepare the outfit for wedding party .

The bathroom /toilet is small but functional. Due to bedding size is huge so not much space for walking around the room for couple travel with 2 large suitcases .

I have visited the hotel multiple times and it is always clean, comfortable and the location is superb, too! It’s great value for money and the staff is always trying to be as helpful as possible. I can absolutely recommend!

Employee service was very good! Very polite and helpful. They deserve good praise.

Facilities were good overall. Some insects like ants in the lobby, but not in the rooms, so ultimately not really a problem.

Great location , lovely helpful staff and fantastic to have a laundry in the hotel.

Bathroom didn’t give too much privacy but was pretty good.
