Papoa Harbor Hotel was an amazing find. The loft room for a family of 4 was spacious and allowed the kids to have their own space. The balcony was an added bonus as we were able to drink our coffee outside and enjoy the view. The room was very clean and the staff were responsive when we had questions. Definitely one of our top stays in Taiwan!

Check in can be a little confusing. We arrived early, completed the process and stored our bags. When it was time to get to our room, we needed to redo the check in process. I'm not sure why but I would say that was the only part of the entire stay that was a little annoying.

Location was great!!! Staffs are nice. View is very good.

Overall, I had a good stay, but I feel the cleanliness could be improved just a little. There were still some stains on the floor and the glass hadn’t been cleaned. It’s nothing major, but I think taking care of these small things would make the experience even better.

Couldn't have picked a better location right on the harbor, I love how the quadruple room had a wall dividing the two king beds, with little balconies on each side. Lovely touch! Great bathroom, love that they had the toilet in a separate room with a sink. Bathtub very deep and nice. Very spa-like lobby.

the glass door between the shower and toilet, i think the gap is not fully seal properly so after every shower will flood the toilet floor

For this hotel, the design of the hotel, the district, the nearby cafe....are the best reasons to stay there. So I guess I liked the design of the hotel, the rooms, the way the hotel is set up.

Not a huge fan of the electronic codes to get in (e-passkeys)

The staff were really nice and the location is brilliant if you like a quiet and peaceful environment.

Slight difficulty calling cabs on the adjacent street. You will need to get help from the Front Desk which is very easy.

The hotel is in the harbour area, surrounded by many shops and cafés, and is right next to a tram station. It’s easy to walk along the waterfront and enjoy the artworks, providing a very luxurious experience.

The hotel looks newly refurbished. Fantastic location. Went for an evening walk along the pier, lots of art and architecture around.

We paid extra for a room with balcony and it was really nice. The view on the pier was great. The room was big and we loved the style.

It could be cleaner, the floor seamed not very clean. No tea or coffee in the room.

Perfect location opposite LRT and short walk to Pier 2, immaculately clean, large room with comfortable beds.

No tea / coffee making facilities, no breakfast, a bit over/priced. TV very temperamental.
