After a long long long day of train travel from Alishan, this was the perfect place of comfort back at a lower elevation! The bed is more “regular soft” as opposed to many Taiwan hotels that tend to have much firmer beds. Very quiet, LAUNDRY, and the greatest staff! YouBike station right across the street is a real plus to access the entire area.

A bit lacking for good food in the immediate block the hotel itself is on, but that’s a minor issue given how close it is to the pier.

The hotel had laundry and self service instant coffee. Very basic, no frills kind of place. The location was good and very close to Pier 2 and the green line. The staff were friendly.

The room was tiny and all surfaces were wiped down with some kind of slippery cleaner. The wifi was awful and it was impossible to watch internet movies. The beds were typical Taiwan hard.

2 minutes walking distance to tram (LRT) Dayi Pier-2 station. The hotel is surrounded by 6 tourist attractions. Easy to get halal food. Just take tram from dayi pier-2 station to shoushan park station. It is just twd10 per trip, very cheap. The hotel's design was superb and the view from window was wowwwww. The wifi was superb speed!!!! Highly recommended for muslim too who prefers water hose in the toilet. I dont want to rate this hotel 5 stars but i give 10 stars. Bravo....

Lighting straight to my pillow. Unable to adjust unless switch off all lights.

Very convenient location near Pier 2 and the mrt (can get from HSR, can easily get to the ferry for Cijin Island, can take light rail to other parts of the city or youbike). Clean, comfortable, easy check in, nice bathroom.

Not a problem but for your information there's no breakfast and a lot of the nearby cafes didn't open until 9am on Saturday. There is coffee available at the hotel though 😊

The room is clean. As I am assigned to the 11th floor and the view is stunning! The location is quite good if you. It only take 5mins to the circular light rail station and of course the Pier2.

There will be some noise in the room. I guess is come from the water pipe!? but not so often so it is acceptable. The wall and the door is not thick or good enough for sound insulation, I can hear someone talking and walking at the corridor.

Great location, near to MRT & light rail, really convenient! Also the quiet neighborhood & clean, beautiful room is really enjoyable~ 👍🏻👍🏼👍🏽

It’s quite difficult to switch tv channels far from tv cause the tv box faces up to the ceiling.

The room is nicely decorated, clean, and well maintained. The location is perfect if you want to stay around the pier. It is easy enough to get an Uber or take the tram into the center. There's an OK Cafe, a convenience store nearby. there are also a number of restaurants and cafes around the area. The ferry to Cijin Island is walking distance and there are plenty of street art and public installations around.

Like the industrial design. Room was comfortable. Location was close to the old town area with street food, traditional breakfast places too.

During our stay, we experienced a typhoon and would have appreciated some guidance from the staff on how to prepare.

All typical items are well prepared in room. Nice position for tourist with fewer luggage.

Do not take the breakfast. It's a pity to waste a meal in their restaurant instead of taking dozens of much better choices of breakfast in the city.

The hotel is very cheap compared to the location. A large, spacious room with a work desk and views of Kaohsiung city. The staff provide good service and have a self-check-in service. Clean room, good equipment, good service, everything, big bed. The location is close to the light rail and subway.

Hotels next to the road are slightly noisy at night.
