The room was clean and beds were clean and made. The A/C was ice cold and worked well. The shower pressure was good and plenty of hot water to use. The bed was firm and supportive, much better than soft beds I have slept in in many hotels.

Disgusting leftover food was left in the mini fridge in the room. My sheets though clean had a spot of off white paint on them. The walls in the room and the bathroom we’re desperately in need of a coat of paint, especially to cover up the repairs that had to be made to the towel bar and various other areas. The rooms needs some serious attention to detail. None of the about takes away the fact the bed and room was clean.

Location was perfect, right off 275, resturants, and gas station you can walk to. We stayed overnight for concert at Riverbend and this location was 10 mins away. Chk in was quick and easy, got in an hr b4 chkin time.

Room was very roomy, fridge wrkd fine but the cleaning was lax and shower fixtures were dated. They also hold a $50 deposit until chkout which was refunded cpl days aft chk out.

Yes the staff was very kind to me I walk with a rolling walker....he had no rooms on first floor But he went above and beyond....cause I couldn't climb steps My mother just passed away and he felt compassion For me ....I had to make reservation at last last minute So tell him Thank you Again He made my day

I didn't have towels sheets etc; He brought all that to me The tv didn't work but that's ok

The room was adequate and reasonably comfortable and the air-conditioning worked great. I'm not much of a complainer as I didn't expect much for the price, it felt good to get a shower and have a nice firm bed to lay down on, and the McDonald's was within walking distance.

I don't have much to complain about but my friend on the other hand was not satisfied that they didn't have a waste basket in the room to put are garbage in which is pretty strange!, I guess they rather we take and dispose of are garbage at the McDonald's dumpster LOL!, Yeah either the cleaning staff is to lazy to take out the trash or the owner to cheap to deal with it LOL!

Everything in my room works the room was nice and clean the bed was made almost perfectly overall I was very satisfied with my room.

Just like any other hotel the only thing I don't like is to check out time having to get up at 11:00 when you work third shift is kind of rough

Always clean when I come to stay at The Red Roof Inn Beechmont. It is becoming my favorite place. Our Superior King Room is always so comfortable. Everything was working, well except the air conditioning controls. We had to unplug and plug in our A/C and I didn't particularly have fun with that. Other then that everything else was wonderful. I love the staff there; they are always polite and help with whatever I need. Not a bad deal this little place isn't. Can't wait til my next stay.

The A/C needs fixed. I can not remember number of last room we were in. The A/C face, where you control the temp and set the A/C to your liking, well it is all tore up and the only way I can get it to stop running is to unplug it. Not so bad until the middle of the night and my ol' man says "BABE I'M FREEZING, BABE!!!! Can you turn off the air??" Sure I can crazy after I stub my toes and almost choke on my drink!!!!! We made it through LOL

I love 💕 the Superior Rooms. I think my new favorite is Room#242. I just would wish for a different desk chair. I am going to end up killing myself on the one in there. LOL I need arms on my desk chair!!!!!?? FR LMAO. Bed was really comfortable and even for a smoking room it smelt and looked very clean. Thank you so much. The shower turn on knob was on backwards, I got me a screwdriver and fixed it , but it should have been fixed by a maintenance person or something. No biggie just wanted to let y'all know. Once again my favorite place.

the distance to get home wasn't bad. price was good.

they charge a deposit after you pay for the room you have come up with 50$ to 100$ it's not listed on your site. which is bull crap.

The guy working the front desk tried to fix our situation as quickly as possible.

When we first checked in and went to our room it was a complete mess. Trash, liquor bottles everywhere as well as remnant's of marijuana. (We let the front desk know. It took about 45 minutes but we were put in another room.) We were told housekeeping entered it in as clean. However we were never offered any money back or a discount off on our next stay which would have been nice to make up for the inconveniences.

I interacted with three staff members during my stay, they were all extremely helpful, and genuinely friendly.

While the room was generally clean, there where a few spots that seemed like the cleaning staff may have rushed over. Nothing major enough to mention, Bed linens were clean, surfaces were clean. Some dust bunnies, and dirt behind bathroom door and in a corner.
