Exceptional in all aspects. Staff was efficient and customer friendly. Very helpful. Dinner Buffet and drinks were extraordinary. Breakfast very good also. I was very impressed that the Hotel Manager walked through the dining area at dinner and breakfast to make sure the quality was good and guests were satisfied. Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom. Just a great experience. Will definitely return. Would rate hotel a 10 out of 10 in all respects. Thank you.

I’m glad we went with this hotel while staying one night to see the Cincinnati Open, as it was just ten minutes away. We missed the free evening snacks/drinks on offer, but liked the sound of it. The room was clean, and they were able to provide a toothbrush after I realized I had forgotten mine, which I was thankful for. Everything seems very clean. Also one of the better free breakfasts I’ve had at this kind of hotel. Highly recommended.

I’m not sure where the responsibility lies for it, but after we had gotten to bed late (like 1:30am) after staying to watch rain-delayed tennis matches, we were unpleasantly woken up by the alarm clock in the room at 6:05am, which was not awesome. Accidents happen though (but you can be sure i’ll add that as something to check before going to bed on my next hotel stay!).

when I told friends and family we were staying at the Drury Inn, they all had the same reaction. “I love that hotel!” I have to agree with them, this is a great hotel from cleanliness, staff and the complimentary dinner, drinks and breakfast. the pool and hot tub were amazing. we will definitely be back!!

I love everything about this hotel from the front desk to the cleanliness of the hotel from the access of the indoor pool very clean hot tub was at a great temperature the breakfast was amazing they also give you a voucher for three free drinks for every night that you stay they also serve dinner that's free. Everyone was so nice and polite the room was so clean the bed felt amazing the TV was a great size the air conditioning was Central air system there was no odor or smell in the room everything was beyond my expectations I didn't want to leave but I definitely will return great job Drury Inn!!!

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like about this hotel

Loved how close the hotel was close to the highway and to other shops and restaurants. Room was very spacious and quiet. We loved the free breakfast and the 5:30 kickback.

When travel most people have an agenda things to do But afterwards want to come back to thd Hotel we chose based off price and amenities. Unfortunately we were not pleased with not being able to swim in the pool or get in the whirlpool hot tub after a long conference . We're adults should have been able to do so but you close at 10pm , it should be 24 hours or til 12 midnight. At 715 breakfast was cold potatoes and sausage . Pillows were flat too soft

I like the type of air conditioning. Not some noisy clunker on the wall right next to my bed. I liked having good coffee available downstairs 24/7. I liked both daily meals, the breakfast had a lot of variety and the evening dinner was good too. I did get tired of tacos and hotdogs. The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms modern and clean. The staff at the front desk were helpful.

I thought the price was too high overall but especially on the weekend. There didn't seem to be any break for booking the whole week.

It was a decent good hot breakfast. Had option to have a hot dinner that was good. The 3 drink free option consisting of wine, beer, mixed premium alcohol drinks was good.

Understand that there are free options for hot breakfast, but there 3 mornings and would have been nice to have meat option of a good sausage link or bacon, not just sausage patties each day. Power outage and understand that's not Hotel's fault, but the Front Desk Rep didn't give any updates or feedback to customers.
