New construction + super clean + great location.

Parking - getting there, actually finding where exactly to park, and inconvenience of passengers drop-off and then park on the garage. Hallways - too dark and dungy. Who thought that painting everything black was a good idea? It’s a new building and the hallways look like the hotel was built in the 60’s! Entrance - the remnants of a building in progress next to the hotel are an eye sore. The plaza could be used as a nice cafè/outside seating area but the view of rusting rebars is not pleasant.

the facilities are very limited - no coffee maker or kettle in the room, does not feel very inviting. Access to the hotel is extremely confusing. Do not rely on address , if you are driving, Goggle map will bring you to the entrance of another business.

Big and clean rooms and everywhere smelled great! The reception staff were very helpful and always friendly.

There was no gym included in the hotel (there is one below the hotel but you have to pay for it separately). The location is both good and bad. On the one hand, it is right next to Calle Gascona which is full of typical Asturian restaurants and is very lively. On the other hand, it was originally really difficult to find the entrance to the hotel and our taxi driver struggled to find it too. Eventually, we found the entrance but some signage offering directions to the hotel would be a really good change and I’m sure will help others guests in the future.

My wife loved the room and the toileteries - so that was a relief and weight off my shoulders!!

the instructions and address from Booking.com were inaccurate - we had tremendous problems in finding the place even when using the SatNav on a Ford Puma rental car with 4000 Km on the odometer. also, our request for a room on the higher floors was refused by the svc agent (NOT the one with spectacles who was actually nice!) but a stroppy lady who claimed that all rooms were fully booked ...we arrived on the 12th Sept and stayed 3 nights, so I would be interested in the occupancy report.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is convenient to enter by car. Warn the hotel staff in advance that you need parking and they will enter the car number into the system - so you can immediately enter the parking. The staff is polite. It is an 8-minute walk to the center. There are shops nearby. The room is clean, the linen and towels are fresh, there are no odors. The mattress and pillows are quite comfortable. The ventilation works well, the windows in the room open. The bathroom has excellent shampoo, conditioner and packs of wipes.

It would not hurt to have a coffee machine or a kettle with accessories in the room.

Rooms are close to excellent, modern and clean. Location is central and you can find tons of restaurants, supermarkets and other attractions within the walking distance. Underground parking is convenient with good-sized parking lots. Staff is polite and helpful. All these moments are on 5* level.

Unfortunately breakfast is not on a level of 4* hotel. It is superbly limited. Coffee is from capsules (common it is 4* hotel), no vegetables or fruits. One option for cheese and ham. Staff on breakfast is on a good level , but breakfast itself is on 2*-3* hotels level.

This is a stylish and central hotel, 2 minutes walk from el bulevard de la sidra. Great big window overlooking the mountain and the sunsets. Shame about the works underneath which I was aware off, a bit of an eyesore but relatively quiet. The sound proofing is not great, I heard the noise of moving chairs from upstairs constantly and having the next room door next to mine made it very noisy as people slam their doors. Great large supermarket just below in the shopping centre.

Too noisy. A kettle would be nice. There’s a hot water cylinder in the breakfast room but I like a cup when I wake up.

The staff and the standard of housekeeping were excellent. The room was pleasant and the bathroom very good. Air conditioning was essential and on the whole effective. Breakfast choice and quantity was good. We liked the nearness of the hotel to the city centre and to La Gascona (although we were initially unaware of the importance of the cider industry!).

As English visitors we like to have tea-making facilities in our room. We used the hotel's dining-room facilities instead and this could be publicised more. Also the individual packets of cereal were on a dark shelf above the coffee machine and we didn't notice them till our last day. Our fault - but again, other people might have the same issue. Finally, as this is a room for two, a second chair would have been nice.

Excellent very modern hotel in great location (not even a 10min walk to the city centre) with underground parking. It's actually a municipal car park but there is a dedicated lift directly into the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but there is an excellent cafe for breakfast just across the road called Anden 5.

Only one issue the hotel entrance is quite difficult to find (Satnav doesn't seem to take you to the Hotel entrance) and its not signposted. The hotel entrance is actually in Plaza la Noceda. Turn into this dead end street go up the ramp and turn right.

The view from our 6th floor room of the mountain and rural setting was beautiful. Large windows, very clean, comfortable bed and pillows, No carpet (yay, excellent), and superb location to everything. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night beyond this review. Oviedo overall was delightful, especially hikes up and around Mount Naranco. The outside lights by our 6th floor room attracted hundreds of bugs or we would have left our window open at night since the air was cool and perfect for sleeping. Instead we asked that the air conditioner be turned on, which it was, and we were able to control it. It does have a bright blue light on all night but we were fine. We’re glad we chose this hotel.

Didn’t have any issues with getting breakfast, though we always arrived by 8 am just in case and as advised by the hotel employees…but the darn coffee machines (all 3) often had slight mechanical issues eg, water seeping out on the counter, no coffee coming through, stuck coffee pods - we saw several people encountering this as well. The sweet woman in the breakfast area did always help out.
