The place we rented was big, had two additional bunk beds we didn't need. The shower was particularly awesome with really good pressure. The place was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. The kids room and kids play area was great. The bbq area was clean and covered with the gas ready to go. Cleaning and cooking equipment was there and cleaned and ready to go.

The place was quite jam packed with other dwellings, but overall it was fine, the low price more than made up for feeling a little bit cramped in around our cabin, and the additional shared areas were really fun.

We stay here a lot. I arrived late at night and the key was easy to get at the box at the office. It’s the little things for instance when I arrived the front light and kitchen light was on and so was the heater. To arrive late and have a warm place to go to was awesome. It always smells fresh and clean in the unit and is always spotless. We love staying there.

I loved everything.

No-fuss check in and out process. A fully functional unit with enough toiletries and towels, cooking and eating utensils, and lounging area to live comfortably for the day and night. The external compound was also very welcoming. We made us of the public grill / barbecue area which we love love love so much.

There was nothing that we can complain about during our short stay at Kanasta. Most definitely will stay here again the next time we make the weekend trip to the area.

The cabin was as we expected a bunk room and a double bed, all very comfortable. The office was closed when we arrived but we had received an email detailing how to access our cabin, the directions worked with no trouble. The park seemed very crammed in when we arrived but privacy is maintained by plantings and clever placement of cabins. There is a laundry available, handy when you have been travelling for several weeks and easier than looking for a laundromat, would happily stay again.

Found nothing to dislike, could be different in a busy period when all the caravans and cabins are occupied.

Good location, beds were comfortable, kitchen had enough basics for us.

Could not connect to wifi at all (but had enough data coverage to be fine). Pool table in the games room a little worse for wear (pockets had many holes so the balls fell straight through). Only 2 bath towels in room (booking was for 3ppl) - reception was closed by the time we realised but had some travel towels with us, so wasn’t a huge problem.

Kanasta caravan park was an absolutely fantastic choice for our Easter break. The cabin was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was close to the beach and walking distance from Woolies and the local shops. The most amazing part of our stay though was how friendly and welcoming everyone was. The staff truly went above and beyond with a complimentary Easter egg hunt, visit from the Easter bunny and even a bacon and egg roll on Easter Sunday. We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect, the facilities were great the location was amazing definitely super convenient located right near everything, everything was clean and the staff were super friendly. Games room was also very good

The bed was super creaky a little bit uncomfortable but that’s okay everything else was very good :)

Location was the best, cabin had everything we needed. A/C was on when we checked in on a hot day. Loved going to Rye for dinner each night, short car ride or walk! So close to Peninsula Springs too: we will be back for sure.

Friday night was noisy, was a shame that the rules weren't adhered to by some. I am glad there is a noise curfew in place from 10pm so guests can get a good night's sleep!

It is exactly what you need to have a great time in between the beach bath. It is modern, water running perfectly, the facilities are great, parking just outside your bungalow, all the basics you need are there. The air-conditioning works q No issues with the other residents, everyone respects each other.

It was way too expensive for a caravan park.

Beds were very comfy. Unit was very clean. Everything you needed in the kitchen for meal preparation.

Our bathroom door needs to be looked at. It wouldn't close properly (probably warped) and so it would require some heavy handedness to push it completely closed or to pull it open which during the evening meant waking up others in our unit due to the noise.
