Break was good. Not as elaborate (such as lots of selections) as other places I’ve been elsewhere, but good quality. And good service. And the design was amazing. I love the modern Japanese architecture and this hotel had a beautiful restaurant. The rooms are modern. There is a small gym but no spa.

There is a glass window in the room which shows into the bathroom. So if you want privacy that doesn’t allow it.

Excellent location within walking distance of Osaka station and Umeda-Osaka stations. Or if you prefer there is a bus stop and taxi stand across the main road 100m away. The beds are very comfortable. The housekeeping was as requested and perfect. I wish I had a breakfast there as it smelled fantastic. There are also several Family Mart's within short walking distance either direction from the main entrance. If you are not driving, find the buses to the right of the Central entrance so that you can 'see' the city. No. 88 takes you directly to Osaka Bay with a four minute walk to the Osaka Kaiyukan Aquarium. I try to do one thing each day that I'm not entirely sure I would enjoy and an Aquarium is in that category for me. To my delight, I stayed three hours. It's great for all ages. And while you are there do the Tempozan Giant (perhaps not 'ferris'' as it may not be made of iron) Wheel long slow ride with great views of the Bay. It's across from Universal City which needs to be done on a separate day. If you are moving accommodations from Osaka to Kyoto try shifting places on a weekend or a public holiday on the Hankyu line Rapid Limited Express Kyo-garaku train about ten minutes walk from Osaka station and going to Kyoto-Kawamachi Station with all the nearby shopping. The train is very beautiful with two separate gardens in the carriages. All for the regular fare. Will try to attach photos of this train. Also a fabulous beginning to a Kyoto day trip! Think about it!

- All the Americano coffee (bitter and Grade D beans if it's really Americano) you can drink available in lobby. - Do not take the AquaLiner cruise for views of Osaka Castle as there are no views of the castle.

Easily accessible from multiple train stations and bus stops. Incredibly friendly staff. They helped us with recommendations, change for washing machines, etc. Laundry and lounge facilities were well organized and modern. Thoughtful storage solutions in the room, especially helpful in a smaller space. Neighborhood felt quite local and less tourist dense.

Can't think of anything!

Everything. The hotel is clean, neat and modern. Rooms are big according to Japanese standards. I really could not find anything negative to this hotel, just perfect!

The location, most precisely the connection with subway is not totally optimal, but it is not very faire to complain since the station is 5 mn walk away and the Umeda main station is 15 minutes walk away. The only problem is if you need to transit through main station and take the JR, it is too close to take the subway for only one stop and you end up walking 15 minutes most of the time.

Wonderful contemporary-style hotel, in a good location from which to explore Osaka. 10 min walk from train station. Comfortable facilities (lobby area, bar, laundry facilities, gym, …). Great bed and sheets. Breakfast is good, offering Japanese and international choice. A lot of restaurants in the neighborhood as well.

We had 2 connecting rooms as we were travelling as a family of 4. The room with the double bed was the smallest, while the room with 2 single beds was a lot bigger. Would be better the other way around.

This is a new hotel (3 years old) and is a quiet oasis in busy Osaka. While it was about 15 minutes walk from Osaka JR, it is a bit far with bags so we took a cab. The hotel is located near many good restaurant areas and the staff were very helpful with recommendations. The room was spacious, practical and beautifully appointed. We had a drink in the 2nd floor bar each night and the bartenders were outstanding - helpful with information and mixed the most delicious and interesting cocktails I have had for a long time.

Very modern and clean with spacious rooms. Whilst there are many, many places to eat and drink in Osaka, don’t underestimate the quality of both the Hotel’s bar and restaurant. My husband and I had a wonderful experience “dining in” on one of the nights we were there after having been out and about for so much of our trip. The whole place had a lovely vibe. Staff were very professional and friendly.

There was nothing not to like.

Zentis is a modern, minimalist hotel perfectly located near Yodoyabashi Station (Midosuji Line), within walking distance of Osaka Station and the Umeda area—ideal for exploring the city. Rooms are small but very clean and functional. The stylish dining area and bar offer a nice atmosphere with a well-curated menu. The lobby is tastefully designed and provides complimentary coffee and tea. Breakfast was fresh, with Japanese, Western, and vegan options. Staff were professional, though not particularly warm, and everything ran smoothly. The on-site laundry room with washers and dryers is a great convenience. Overall, a functional and well-located hotel for a comfortable stay in Osaka.

I liked that the room wasn't far from Osaka station so it was easy to get around the city. The washing machines worked well. The bed was comfy. The room was soundproof. There were light switches next to the bed. It was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of space in the room. I went to the restaurant on level 2 and it was amazing, maybe the best meal I had my entire stay in Japan.

I shared a room with my friend and I didn't realise the bathroom would have such little privacy. There's only a privacy screen for the shower and it's not a separate room, and the toilet room wasn't soundproof. It was a bit awkward, maybe better for couples who are used to that level of intimacy. They gave us bottles of water when they serviced the room, but I would have preferred a water machine as I get thirsty and drink a lot.

Great place tucked away from the main street in the Kita ward. Very easy to find and close to all amenities, such as ATM, subway and shops. The room itself would be on the larger scale for Japanese hotel accommodation. Quite modern style rooms with nice finishes to the shower and bathrooms. The location is also nice and quiet.

Not a lot to dislike, however the breakfast at the inhouse restaurant is completely overpriced. We bought four x western style at approximately 40,000 yen each and it was extremely small. I would not recommend this option. But other than that it was a very nice stay.
