The room was good size. The breakfast was exceptional and was prepared by Martha Garza. She is pleasant, great food presentation and awesome customer service.

The couch and windows were in poor shape. They didn’t do good in the bathroom cleaning 1 day…. I complained and asked to be move to a room with nicer couch but was given sheets to cover woren out couch. Was told that all couches were the same throughout the hotel but would be getting new ones. Supposedly under renovation which customers should be told in advance. My rate increased from $87 to $92. This was extremely deceptive. I understand the taxes, fees but the flat room rate was $92; not $87 as you listed on this site.

Our stay was wonderful. We booked this after arriving in town from Houston and going to another property that wss not big enough and felt unclean and not safe. The price was affordable especially for the room we got, the room was huge snd very comfortable for our family of 7, we had visitors through our stay and there wss plenty of room for everyone. The breakfast was delicious and there was something for everyone, pool and hot tub were clean and well kept, the whole property wss well kept and clean, we would definitely return.

The ice machine on our floor didn't work.

My ratings are based on the value for the price I paid. The property seemed freshly renovated, but still waiting for new couches. Breakfast, was great, and alwaysfesh, loved the mimi omlets. Staff was great, front desk, housekeeping, and young lady taking care of breakfast. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a family emergency, and had to leave two nights early, but since we booked through Booking.com, we needed to get hold of them to possibly get a refund for the two nights. Well that was a joke, their phone number ditn't work, and by e-mail took two days to get a response. So I think from now on I'll book accomodations straight with the property.

We liked the size and layout of the room. The bathroom was roomy and the water pressure in the shower was very good. The A/C blew nice and cold. The breakfast was very good with a variety of choices to pick from. The woman in charge of breakfast kept herself busy by making sure that food was always hot and ready at all times. I was so impressed with her that I tipped her $10. We as travelers with the means to tip outstanding staff should show our recognition and appreciation for their great work ethic by slipping them a few dollars.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. Room very clean including bathroom and kitchenette area.

Christmas music 24/7 at a loud volume. This improved on the second night after we mentioned it. The heater appeared to have not been turned on yet for the season and rapidly set off the smoke alarm in the room. Nobody came and when we went to the desk they reassured us that the alarm would stop after a while, which it did. Of course, the room had that newly turned on heater smell for the first night.

Great staff all around day and night Nancy helped us with a payment problem and was great about it very clean rooms and breakfast area plus food was great. Pool was clean and there was always towels or some one ready to bring more hotel store snack prices were great will definitely stay there again only thing that was a little frustrating was the one elevator I know it’s not the staff’s fault but are family enjoyed are stay very much thank you all

The lobby was very clean & beautiful. It had a sofa in the room.

There was very little parking in front of the hotel in well lit areas. The toilet seat was loose when we arrived, but once reported to the desk, it was fixed quickly. The inside shower wall looked as if it had not been cleaned in a long time. The sofa was in poor cosmetic condition. The window coverings need to be changed as the outside lights were very bright & the window coverings were not adequate to block the light entering the room at night. The bed should be situated away from the AC/heater as it would get too cold when AC came on & too hot when it went off.

It's located right off the highway. We reserved the king suite and it was nice and roomy. They also have a pool and breakfast bar. The hotel was clean from the time we entered until the time we left. I would use again.

The pull out sofa bed was definitely worn. It looked like the hotel was changing them out due to I saw some old ones in the parking lot. However, out room had a worn one and it was anything but comfortable. That's the only low mark I would give the hotel.

Overall extremely great!!! My kids loved how spacious it was. I enjoyed the staff being able to help with any questions and concerns we had. The only down side which I wished was different was the pool hours they are 10-10:30 pm and it would have been nice to have the times earlier and later. Still a great place to start!!
