The decor of the hotel is very unique and looks lovely. We were surprised by the size of the room. There was a lounge area with a sofa just when we entered the room with beds in a further part of a room. Also, our room was on the back of the hotel, and we couldn't hear any noise. I'm not sure if this is the case for the rooms in the front of the building, as it's next to the train station. We drove, and there was a good-sized car park next to the hotel with the gate locked for the night. Breakfast was very good. All staff were lovely.

We thought that there was no warm water in the bathroom, but it took a good while for the water to warm up.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location right next to tje train station and close to the town is very convenient. The hotels design nicely merged the old train station interior with a modern design giving of a lovely old timey but not outdated feel. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

The toilet seat was a bit wonky and it would have been nice to have a power outlet in a more convenient place. They were a bit hard to find.

The hotel has been rennovated and therefore the rooms and equipment are modern. The staff greated us with a smile and were professional. It was good value for money and there was free parking. It was a sweltering hot day but the air conditioning worked really well!

Strangely the hotel could not be accessed from the train station which is directly in front of the gates of the hotel. This would have been a great addition to the accessibility of the hotel.

Breakfast was good, standard European breakfast.

Room air conditioning was very limited. Room was oddly large for three, I believe can fit 5-6, but air conditioning was poor to cool that large room, especially since on top floor under roof of converted train station building. Otherwise, location good for brisk walk to Old Town.

Very clean, warm and a great central location. Really good staff both at reception and cleaners. Food was excellent with a good choice. Looked after a late arrival with minimal fuss. Receptionist during the week was excellent when I misplaced room key. Thank you all.

Superb location with super parking if you come by car. Quiet, and only 5 minutes from Torun Old town. Big rooms, AC and pet friendly

Cant think of anything. Breakfast maybe a little boring, but best scrambled eggs we have had in a long time. For the price of the room, the breakfast was excellent enough.

Good location within easy walking distance to Torun centre. Reasonable menu for the restaurant if want to dine in the hotel, food quality good. Large car parking area available on site. Good value for money.

The sheets on the beds were rather rough not smooth. The hotel is beside the train station so expect some noise. We were unable to close the windows because the weather outside was 30 C.

we had a room a the side of the railwaystation. There are hardly any trains at night, but they start early so we where awakened by these trains or the anouncements from the station. Next time I would ask for a room at the other side of the hotel. One point that really needs to be improved are the pillows on the bed.

Train theme hotel right beside Torun Miasto station. The staff were very efficient and helpful. Twin room was small but comfortable. An excellent breakfast was included in the price. It's about a 10 minute walk from the hotel along the river to reach the Old Town.

It’s pretty noisy. You can hear people talking walking down the hall of smoking outside. But it’s really loud.
