It's a perfect option for its price! The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, very convenient location, nice breakfast, good interior design, and in general nice atmosphere in accordance to the city.

The hotel is located in the old town, that is why it is really loud outside from evening to early morning, but due to the summer period, it was warm in the room, and I had to keep the window open. The noise wasn't interrupting personally me a lot, but sensitive persons should be ready for it.

Location was great, north of the city centre (less than 5 min walk) with connections to tram/bus a stones throw away. The downside to this is you can hear/feel the trams sometimes. This may not be a positive for some, but i really enjoyed the retro furniture/decor of the hotel, like an old fm radio built into the bedside draw. The breakfast was satisfactory for price of the hotel, with many hot and cold options, plus a coffee machine as you would expect. All interactions with staff where very positive.

Nothing at all

The location is great, and it is a typical 3 star hotel. Basic and functional room; found an empty water bottle on the floor when we checked in, told front desk and he said sorry, but nothing else. The room was clean, but this did make me a bit nervous. The breakfast was very good, better than expected.

The location was central to my meeting venue The breakfast was great. I am not a breakfast person, but I took exception this time to have one and it was great. The room was very comfortable and cosy.

The location is perfect. All attractions are very close. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

Sometimes it was a bit noisy outside (loudly tourists), but that's because the hotel is located in the old town.

Spacious, high ceiling and bright room, clean and quiet, even it was located on the street side in front of the theater. Hotel location is at the border of the old town at a walking distance of everything. We traveled by train. You need to take a taxi to the hotel. Taxis are very affordable in the whole country.

The room was at a storey, unfortunately you need to climb a dozen of stairs with your luggage to reach the lift. When checking in, we were requested to list what we want for breakfast. The breakfast itself was very good with plenty to offer. We didn't understand why we had to disclose what we will eat the next morning. We had a two persons full bed. The blanket was for some reason too narrow. We asked to get a wider one. The answer was that full bed blankets are of this size even the intendant could see with her own eyes that the blanket was obviously narrower of at least 20 cm. We finally got two single bed blankets... not with a smile!

Old fashioned and not of my personal taste but it really made sense within the context. Super central, a lot of parking nearby.

location is perfect close to all turistic attractions and old town of Torun very close to bus/tram stop and train station room was clean and tidy missing only small fridge and kettle breakfast was on continental type but full filling with big choice of food and fruits

Good location, clean room, WiFi was alright, the avaibility of the elevator, the very distinct look. And of course, great staff. Wonderful front desk staff, very polite and helpful. I appreciated the housekeeping done on regular basis.

It does not necesarilly refer to the hotel itself, but if you are a light sleeper remember that it is the city centre, it will not be quiet at night, especially during summer. So perhaps take some ear plugs with you.
