I have to mention the animation program first. Lots of waterpolo, beach volley, aqua gym, pentague, competitions, colour party, foam party, water activities on the sea, para sailing etc (the latter two not included in all inclusive) - plenty to entertain 3 teenagers for a week. Great pool area, where you can choose a more quiet area or one with lots of activity. Always enough sun beds for everyone. Great and wide selection of food in the buffet restaurants. Rooms were fine (if you don’t expect 5 stars) and there was a nice view from all rooms. The beach was really nice, but we didn’t really use it. On our last day we checked out in the morning, but could otherwise use the full all inclusive services until our taxi left at 4pm - this was great and gave a extra day of vacation :-)

Just a few bits and pieces that didn’t impact our great vacation. The gym is a bit small with limited equipment, when you are a semi-pro athlete. There is only one ala carte restaurant that you can choose for one day - and it was not really worth it compared to the great selection in the buffet restaurants. There are no pool/beach towels, so remember to bring one. Drinks are like expected with all inclusive (and always served with a smile), but correct - it is served i this paper cups, so it is a good idea to bring/buy a plastic cup/retainer for refill.

The staff are all so friendly some of them seem like fsmily now. Everywhere is lovely and clean. The cleaners in public areas work hard all day keeping it clean and tidy. Reception staff lovely and friendly not all can speak good english but they all speak a few languages. The animation team work so hard all day/night still managing to take time to out to speak to you making sure your ok and know whats happening each day. This place is mainly flat so is good for people with walking difficulties or in a wheelchair. There is a place nearby that you can hire mobility scooters.they deliver to hotel. The beach is kept clean and tidy theres activities on the beach as well as around the hotel .

It was last week of the season so i understand they need to get rid of stock food wise but this time we found the food very repetative. This is our 7th time here in 3 years the other 6 times ive not had this problem. There was much more seafood than our previous visits which being allergic to seafood was a big problem for me. Especially when you see the serving staff not only guests using wrong utensils to get food meant i couldnt eat anything near to it. If they served all the seafood in one section it would have been ok but it was spread out all round.. As a rule i love this hotel but would not do last week of season again

The resort was exactly what you wanted from an all inclusive resort. The food exceeded our expectations and was very good. The rooms were clean and functional with good views. Staff were universally friendly and helpful. Although there were a lot of people staying, it was always possible to get a sunbed on the beach and the pools were never too crowded when we wanted to use them.

One criticism would be a lack of information on what was going on around the resort - eg, yoga. Also, some of the outside areas at the front of the hotel (mini-golf, tennis courts archery) were quite scruffy with lots of litter.

All staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Kids loved the pool, water park and games room. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable with the air-conditioning on (first two weeks of July). Entertainment team were amazing with huge amounts of effort put into activities and theme nights. Plenty of sunbeds and shade around the pools and beach. Liked that you get allocated a table in the restaurant for the length of your stay, never had that before. Vegetable Pizza were yummy 😋.

Air conditioning in lounge areas was lacking, during over 40 degree heat I found it uncomfortable at times, only seemed to be air conditioning in our room. If I was being picky I would have liked more comfortable lounge seating. Plus we did not realise that it was Jellyfish season, so pretty much stayed out of the sea.

The facilities available for the kids. We didn’t leave the resort. The kids and adults all had a lot to do and everything that was needed was in the resort. The staff were really friendly. Management / staff were helpful and fixed any issues instantly.

I think a better a job could’ve been done with cleaning the bedrooms. They weren’t too bad, but me and my son were left with a lot of bug bites due to the bed. However, once I spoke to the manager they sorted it instantly.

Very lovely Resort with plenty of activities to do. The pools are great and the animation team is very friendly as all of the staff. The food on the buffet was amazing, always fresh with a lot of options to choose from. The Hotel is very close to the Monastir Airport about 3kms and you can get a bus from there to the front gate of the hotel for 1 dinar. We stayed for 3 nights because we had planned to go to another city and we wished to stay longer. We will come back for sure.

The rooms are small but that didn’t matter as we were only there to sleep. Spent most of the day at the beach.
