They have lovely staff at the reception, they are very polite and helpful. The room is very very small, we think the online photos have actually been stretched. The bed and pillows are comfortable to have a good night sleep. The bathroom is actually good size and the facilities are in fairly good condition. The location is the highlight - it's right opposite the train station and only 5 mins walk to the cathedral. The hotel's own car park was full on the day, so we parked in the nearby public underground car park which is just 2 mins walk from the hotel. It cost 11.50 euros for over night parking. Overall, if you don't mind sleeping in a tidy room, it's a good hotel for stopovers.

Arrived by car and easy to find. The greeting from the reception was lovely, and we were personally guided to the secure car park. The bedroom room was spacious with a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was very clean but a slightly odd layout to the bathroom. Large basin but nowhere to put your toiletries, also the shower was big but with a clumsy door configuration which made it difficult to enter or leave the shower cubicle. The breakfast was lovely with the biggest fresh croissants, juices, and all the other bits that you would expect from a continental breakfast. We were checked out by Jean Paul, who was so nice asking about our stay, and we felt that it was extremely important to them that we had received a good experience. Also, he was asking if we were staying for the cathedrals light show that was due to start in a few days, which was nice to inform us of this. So, lovely hotel, amazing staff and would 100% return back here!

Breakfast was high quality and had comprehensive selections, and the room was lovely and comfortable. The guest room was stylish with a 20s vibe - very nice and spacious with enough room to unpack. Location was excellent multiple good restaurants from multiple cuisines within walking distance, but also a nice short walk to and from the cathedral. The staff were excellent - personal and attentive, and helpful, reacting with urgency to every topic (even if it wasn't important to me). The lobby was also very nice.

The hotel is very well located, within a few minutes walk of the Cathedral. Other reviews say the parking is narrow - this was not my experience. We have a relatively large estate car and were able to park easily. The room was a very good size, and nice and light.

The hotel sits on the corner of a busy road near the station, with a number of bars and restaurants nearby. There is therefore a lot of noise from the station, the bars and restaurants and traffic generally. This can carry on relatively late into the evening. The rooms would benefit from a kettle and a mini fridge.

Staff were amazing. Charlotte responded positively to our feedback and requests and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. We stayed in a lovely Junior Suite with views over to the Station - enjoyed exploring the new areas. Thank you to all the staff they made our visit very memorable. We plan to return again 10/10 all round.

nice hotel in the middle of a beautiful city, not far from the cathedral. Make a reservation for parking, because parking along the street is not possible ( the hotel's parking garage is just 50 m away). Nice rooms with large bathroom, very friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast.

No restaurant to have dinner ( but nice restaurants with reasonable prices close-by), some rooms can use some fresh paint

It was great to be upgraded to junior suite and a lovely surprise after a long drive. Room was very clean and spacious.

No tea/coffee making facilities and not clear how to call reception and ask for a drink to be bought to the room. I was really shocked and disappointed to be firstly charged for a cup of tea in the morning as there were no in room facilities and then to be charged €9!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusted for essentially a tea bag water and a dash of milk! For the room price I would have at least expected tea making facilities and most places provide a biscuit too. We’ve stayed in many bed and breakfast and we would expect this as a bare minimum in this price range

Property was perfectly situated with easy access and short walk to city centre. Quiet rooms and a good night sleep although it’s across from the train station. Parking was a bonus but the spaces were very narrow and difficult to get into and out of. Pleasant staff and excellent breakfast. This is our second stay at the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice reception area and bar. Offered welcoming cold drinks on arrival. Upgraded to junior suites which was first for us so thank you. Car parking very secure and a member of staff took us to the garage area. A lovely stay!

We found it difficult to access the hotel as we were unsure if we were allowed to drive our car down the road as per our sat nat. Being English we were not sure of the road signage We ended up taking another route in. Perhaps some clarification for customers with their booking details might be helpful

I like this place as my Russland motherland for many years. I feel myself in my atmosphere among collections of objects art. I like very kind woman from kitchen and reception. She is delicious kindly and she is from Asia and smiles every moment. Every time when I saw at her I remember my mother. Service and breakfast is very high quality. Especially breakfast it is magical. Merci for all stuff to make my visit so happy. All of you became my friends.
