The assortment of breakfast items was great; lots of selection, fresh fruit, oatmeal, breads for toasting, DIY waffles, etc. Delicious coffee. Clean service area. The staff throughout the hotel was friendly, and helpful. The hotel is well-maintained, clean hallways, elevators, etc. Comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, lots of fluffy towels. Easy freeway access and to other shops (Costco, BevMo, In-N-Out). Quiet location despite proximity to fwy. Recommend and would stay there again.

I like windows that open but that's just me, not a big deal. Unfortunately it's common for rooms to have a heat/ac unit and while the one in my room wasn't noisy, I don't like having the air (warm or cool) blowing on me. So on the bed nearest the machine I arranged the extra pillows to help deflect the blowing air (warm or cool).

Breakfast was very good. May be ou could run it until 11am for us late-risers.

The cooling mechanism in the room was not working. Th e thermostat was at 66, and the temp had to be close to 74-75. Also, maybe have a few prepared sandwiches in the "treats" store!

Great location, right off the I-5 freeway in Mission Viejo, CA. Our room was on the east side of the building with no traffic noise from the freeway. We had dinner at the golf course Arroyo Trubuco, which is 5 minutes from the hotel. Breakfast was perfect, with plenty of options.

Upon arriving at the room, it did have strange odor in room #351. I sprayed perfume and must have gotten used to it.

Close to the College

I don’t like elevators , and the elevators in that hotel are terrible. I needed a roll in shower or a walk in shower and I ended up with a tub I ask for a shower chair and they gave me something that connects to the side of the tub which was very low so it was hard for me to get in and out without help….

It was very clean from the lobby to your bedroom. Breakfast was fresh & had everything you would wish to have for breakfast. Hotel atmosphere was calm , pleasant and relaxing. Staff were very friendly, helpful & happy to help & happy doing their work. Overall it’s like a home away from home. GREAT PLACE.

Although the bathroom was very clean, it can take some upgrading, fixtures wise.

Like the cleanliness of the room

The gym is not open 24 hours. The gym is open too late at 6am. Not convenient for business travelers. I recommend the gym open 24 hours since it’s based on a timer and not attended by a person.

Clean, offered breakfast by 6am (we had to leave by 6:45am), good location.

Only complaint is we were on 2nd floor and guests in room above us were loud/a lot of heavy walking after 9:00pm and we already trying to sleep.

The staff was accommodating, friendly and made us feel so welcome. Special mention for Julia. Our rooms were comfortable. We need more lighting. It was nice to have our rooms connected.

The breakfast was just right and no complaints. Location-wise, the property was conveniently located to our event..

The bed was adequate; it could have been more comfortable. The toilet paper dispenser was loose and I'm surprised it wasn't noticed.
