Victor was very welcoming and the room was nice and clean with bathroom that looked pretty new and renovated. Very convenient location for events at the nearby reception centre.

Probably can't be helped due to proximity to the Princess Hwy but there was a bit of traffic noise which was a tad annoying and you could hear a bit of noise from other rooms but otherwise comfortable.

Location was convenient as we were attending a function close by. Bed was comfortable, bathroom bright and spacious. Vicky at the reception was friendly and very helpful.

It would have been nice if a full length mirror was there . Also, was bit hard to get in to the room without getting wet it was raining

Great motel run by very friendly staff. Ample parking space, washers and dryers available (not free but not expensive, very convenient and efficient). The family room maximises the space to provide two well sized beds (fits 4 adults comfortably in total). Newly renovated bathroom with lots of space, including storage. Dual aircon/heater was powerful enough to heat the room.

Victor was great with his customer service from the start till the end! he made sure the stay was comfortable. Beds are cozy and comfortable! The location was great and is close by to many shops/restaurants.

nothing to complain about whatsoever except the next door neighbours that i had were awake all night and didn't adhere to the noise rules for night time.

Warm and comfortable room with free netflix account to enjoy. Breakfast included. Great location near to Clayton/Springvale/Glen Waverley. Great price.

The shower/bathroom didn't seem to be heated. Some surfaces (e.g. underside of a table or chair) were sticky.

Convenient location and within short walking distance to good breakfast cafe. Large, spacious room with everything you need for a short stay. Good effective aircon system. Reception very friendly. Great value.

Bathroom had a very unpleasant smell. Shower temperature kept changing randomly from hot to cold.

the bed in our room was probably one of the most comfortable beds ive ever slept in. the pillows were perfect for both myself and my partner. it was amazing. the staff were so accommodating as they live on site so checking in past office hours was a breeze and the lady that checked us in was so lovely.

I had to book accomodation for my wife, daughter, & grandaughter due to a family emergency. After flying down from Qld, the owners organised a bigger room, so they could have a porta-cot in it & still have room to move around. On top of that, they went out & bought a brand new porta cot for our grandaughter AND even supplied them with some soft drink & biscuits. I can't thank the owners enough, as they went about making sure they were comfortable & ok, after their emergency flight. I can't recommend the Mulgrave, highly enough!!

Minor issues - the stand bye light on the TV was annoying in the night shining directly back at you in bed.

Friendly and helpful staff, Clean room, recently renovated bathroom, very comfortable mattress quiet location and the location suited my reason to visit Mulgrave

A couple of wine glasses would be nice rather than the standard motel glass tumblers.
