Room was very clean and comfortable. The veteran who checked us in and out was very friendly and professional. As we have service dogs we didn't go eat breakfast which was fine. Great place to stay even though quite pricey, but better than a shack with bugs. Keep up the amazing work and we will hopefully see you next year.

The UP skeeters were as big as the B-52s and KC-135s that used to be in the area. Not your fault, after all it is Michigan, lol. Elevator wait at times was crazy, because some folks held it at a floor for quite sometime

The salt water hot tub was great and very big, but very loud, and the seats were gritty. Gritty seats didn't bother me until I tried to sit on my knees so I could see the pool and hear my child better. Very difficult to hear my child trying to talk to me over the jets. The breakfast was very good. Several options available. I did not hear anyone in the other rooms, except from the bathroom, but pure quiet in the rest of the room. The staff were all very nice and professional.

The bed was a bit firm for my taste, and the floor creaked when walking by the second bed in the room(1st floor so I did not have to worry about people below us). The pillows were typical hotel pillows, not much support, but I always take my own pillow to any hotel I go to. The curtain in the room did let in some light at the edge. It would have been nice if it was a bit larger to block out all the parking lot lights. The pool was a bit chilly. I had to get out and go to the hot tub because I was starting to shiver after about 15 minutes.

Friendly staff. Clean room and working AC. I felt very safe. Considering I have never been to America / Sault Ste Marie before.

There was Coffee in the room but no Kettle. So was unable to make a hot drink left me thinking I would have to leave my room to go the canteen to make a hot beverage.

Staff was friendly. Room was pretty clean. Good location. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Rooms were pretty spacious. Nice to have microwave and refrigerator

Floor in room was sticky and carpet could use a good deep clean as we had to wear shoes or slippers. we could hear everything from the other room and/or hallway.

Everything was just perfect… Loved the breakfast . Staff was very helpful . Our Accommodationswas off the chart.

The sliding bathroom door and our talkative neighbors. I only wish , being disabled and elderly, a ground floor would have been nice. Being a veteran, maybe a discount would have been nice.

Breakfast was good. I like being able to make my own waffle. Great coffee! I liked the shower in the room. I prefer that to a tub since I am a senior and a shower is easier for me. Bed was comfortable.

I didn't care for the sausage at breakfast.

It was our first time in the U.P from Lansing and the hotel was great. Perfect location for us. Pool and breakfast were great and the room was clean.

The only thing was the lobby did smell like chlorine from the pool, but it wasn't that bad.

Breakfast and staff excellent.

Housekeeping only made up my bed. The other bed had remote on it and it didn't get made. Housekeeping didn't empty trash can and the one they emptied didn't place liner.

The barn door on the bathroom really leaves something to be desired as far as privacy goes as there are big spaces when the door is closed. 00
