I recently stayed at Hotel Quattro in Sault Ste. Marie and had a pleasant experience overall. The suite was spacious, featuring two comfortable double beds, and offered ample room in both the lounge and kitchen areas, which more than compensated for the compact bathroom. The suite's layout was well-designed, providing a cozy yet roomy feel that made for a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, with a decent variety that included eggs, sausages, potatoes, pastries, and bread. It was a good start to the day, offering something for everyone. The hotel's location is excellent. It boasts an on-site restaurant, and there are several local dining options within walking distance. Additionally, it is conveniently close to a supermarket, making it easy to pick up any essentials. For those travelling, it's about a 20-minute drive to both the airport and the university. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Quattro. The spacious suite and great location outweigh the minor inconveniences, making it a solid choice for a stay in Sault Ste. Marie.

One downside, however, was the lack of an elevator, necessitating a climb of about 20 stairs to reach our floor. This could be a bit inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Exceptional Breakfasts! Great variety. Room was terrific. Large sized like an apartment. Full living room and mini kitchen. Staff was friendly and informative. Took good care of the guests. Very quiet rooms. Location although not great is close to pretty much everything in the Soo. Just that it's the busiest street in the city! Yet, our stay went very well and we'd recommend staying here any time!

Just don't order the pizza! It was NOT on the top of our all-time list.

Updated, nicely decorated, very welcoming. Exceptional dining. It also has great amenities on the property. And it is kept extremely clean. I loved the high end dining on sight.

The bed was not very comfortable, considering how nice the property was I expected a higher end mattress. Also outside of our bedroom window was a very bright light that never turned off, and it was hard to make it dark even with the blind, but it wasn’t that big of a deal.

It was perfect for what we needed. Clean and comfortable. I have a bad back so I found the bed a little soft, personally, but my partner thought it was great!!

We were in a room that connected to another room and there is a gap under the door so when the people in the other room were talking or watching tv it was very loud

Wouldn't honour a veteran's discount rate as I had booked through a third party. Still refused after I said I had been given the rate at another hotel the night before even though I had booked through a third party. Room faced onto the patio and the music was too loud. Did turn it down after I asked

The breakfast was good, the staff was also very good, location very convenient and the room was quiet I was in a king suite that had a separate bedroom with a door that helped keep things quiet

I missed bacon w the breakfast. The windows have black out curtains but are prevented from being closed so there is outdoor light allowed in at all times and I like a dark room so that was not good. The kitchenette was good to have but there were no additional items such as plates or anything really. No dish soap to wash the dishes…

Loved the pricing, warm breakfast, cleanliness and overall appeal and centricity of the place in the city. Did not like the maze-like walk around hotel and getting lost when trying to find your room. Did not like low ceilings in lobby, common areas and the rooms.

The hotel is maintained well for its age but I suppose they cannot do anything to fix the low ceiling height. It feels claustrophobic and stuffy in most common areas and the bedroom. Also the rooms access is at the back of the hotel and the walk from the front to the back feels like walking through a cryptic abyss.

Large room with very comfortable beds. Room was clean and AC worked well and was quiet. The onsite restaurant was very good and we enjoyed our meal there.

Breakfast was not very good. The eggs at the buffet were dry and grainy. The sausages were terrible - very fatty texture and tasteless. The bathroom in the double queen suite was small and confined but did the job.

I liked the price of the room. I was travelling across the province, so having them book me early was nice. The staff were excellent and friendly. During my first stay at my destination, the hotel was quiet.

During my second stay, the hotel had kids roaming the halls, and it was loud. The pool wasn't monitored. I tried to relax in the pool but had kids tossing things into the pool and splashing around.

This property is aesthetically beautiful. Very modern and new. It looks great, the decor is calming and luxurious, the temperature is perfect. Even the fitness facilities were impressive. My room was clean and had the feel of a luxury property.

I loved everything however a water bottle filling station similar to the one in the gym would have been nice in the lobby.
