Staff was amazing. Rooms are super clean and spacious. Breakfast selections were great. Absolutely would stay here again.

We booked the King suite that was supposed to have a spa tub it did in fact not have a spa tub. The hotel has no spa tubs, they have tried multiple times to have booking.com to correct this. Regardless the room was wonderful and the error not their fault. Do better booking.com.

The hotel was very clean, modern, and conveniently located right off I-75. It is a quick drive into downtown Sault Ste Marie, and easy to day trip out to Whitefish Point or Tahquamenon Falls. Complimentary breakfast was standard, but no issues with it. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

All of the individuals that serve (front desk, breakfast attendants, house keepers), were professional, polite, and friendly. It was a very welcoming atmosphere.

The charge was more than I had wanted to spend; however, the comfort and service provided was a great value.

Jets in the hot tub were broken. I booked through booking.com and did not get the king bed room I paid for. Instead, they listed it as a queen room, but asking for an upgrade if possible. Not happy with the company, but not the hotels fault.

The hot tub was not working after I text and ask the question 4 days earlier. I was very let down by that this is a second time a Holiday inn hotels hot tub didn't work. Tina on the front desk was so thoughtful I've never had anything like it she brought my daughter and myself present to make up for our disappointment

I text and asked if the hot tub was working they said yes but it wasn't. I was really disappointed on the whole thing

Breakfast was good.

The construction going on obviously. Not sure why we couldn’t have had discounted rooms due to the fact that the remodeling was going on and all the noise. Plus the pool was closed as well. Lower your prices if you inconvenience your guests.

Location. It appears to be newly renovated. The beds were excellent. Breakfast had a good variety.

Only one small complaint. Tissues and toilet paper could be better quality.

I love that it was clean I love the beds there, I actually bought one. The staff, food and facility were really nice.

It was a long ways from downtown but it was fine.

Beautiful remodeling going on, nice comfy beds, nice bathrooms, very clean!

Breakfast options were slim and not the greatest compared to the other hotels on our stay. It was all prepackaged items and sandwiches.
