Overall had a great experience with my husband and our cats. The bed was super comfortable, it was very clean, the staff were very friendly, and it was generally quiet.

My only complaints, and it's more just little stuff, is that there weren't really any outlets in the room that were accessible from the bed, we had a TON of noise from our upstairs neighbours, and there wasn't a great selection of options for breakfast. But if I'm ever passing through the Soo again, I'd still stay here!

Maris (Marice?) .. I'm not sure how to spell her name , but she worked the 3-11 shift every night we were there. She was so amazingly wonderful and helpful each and every time. I had my 85 year old mother with me , and eventually my daughter whom we were visiting, because of health issues. I feel like I was at the desk often for something, and she always had a smile and happy to help me! She was a lifesaver this weekend. I had to give her a hug on my last night ☺️

The check-in lady was very pleasant to talk to and even inquired about a statement I made about my first time booking there which I really appreciated. The Super 8 was very clean, didn't smell odd, and looked modern. Breakfast options were plenty and the seating area was also well kept.

My air conditioner failed to work correctly and ended up just blowing warm air after 15 minutes of cycling. At least the fan mode could blow some air from the open window into the room. Also, the office chair was more than well-used and the hydraulic piston did not function when I wanted to use the desk.

We were travelling with our great paraeneses, and the room was large with vinyl flooring making it easy to clean and on the main floor close to door making it easy to take her out. I checked in on-line making the process a breeze. The staff were very pleasant, and the breakfast far exceeded my expectations; hard-boiled eggs, toast, waffle machine, cereal, fruit.... I highly recommend especially if you are travelling with a dog.

I didn’t like that I need to request service for the room to be cleaned.This shouldn’t be a request,this should be done like before this so called pandemic came .Cleaning the room and changing towels should be included in the package we payed for the acomodation.Yes,there was no extra charge once we asked for service but I believe that should be part of the service you get by staying at any hotels.Yes,there was notes inside the room but ,if I am in vacation I prefer getting all info when I register .If guest aren’t happy to have someone entering the room they should request that ,not the other way around.

The upstairs neighbours. They walked heavy. Pillows too thick and bed too soft. A little bit of a sore neck in the morning. Could use some usb ports or a plugin on the night stand. The parking lot. It snowed all day and there was only parking under trees that dropped snow and needles on my car.

The breakfast was good but a little bit of hot meat would be nice. The location was perfect.

Ice machine was not working no ice available anywhere on site. I'm ok with the construction renovation at the time but the dirty boots were being tracked inside and gave a terrible feeling of a unclean area.

Room was very clean!! Had to ask for towels and wash clothes. Room rented for 3 adults and only hand towels and wash clothes for 2 people. Breakfast was okay. Several options. Waffle maker was the best.

The size of our room was great, we booked a room with two queen sized beds. Room also had a small table to eat at, desk, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, tv and still space for my kids to move around Pet friendly with $20.00 pet fee - we had our cat Clean Free parking right outside of the hotel Staff were super friendly Lots of options around for restaurants - dairy queen and subway within walking distance Breakfast included - was our best we had throughout our trip from PEI to Alberta. Flavouree syrups for your coffee,prepackaged items like pancakes, French toast if you were in a hurry and a highchair for my little guy We used their laundry services $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry and they had laundry detergent and dryer sheets available for purchase as well!

Breakfast was fine, typical of budget hotels. Unfortunately there is incredible waste, as all dishes and implements are disposable. This is also typical but unfortunate. Also taps in bathrooms are reversed, left is cold, right is hot. We stayed twice and both rooms were the same.
