We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Sault Ste. Marie! It was perfect for our family with small children. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They even allowed us to check in early when we arrived ahead of schedule, which was a huge help with little ones. The breakfast was probably the highlight of our stay, lots of variety, fresh options, and something for everyone to enjoy. Our kids especially loved the pool, which was clean and just the right size for them to splash around and have fun. Overall, it was a comfortable and family-friendly stay. We’d definitely come back again!

The place was very clean, the air conditioning was quiet(er) than other locations we stayed at and the bedding and pillows are so comfy. I like that they provide liquid hand soap and the Dove shampoo and body wash smells good. They also have body lotion and conditioner by the same brand. They also had a great complimentary breakfast - really good food and variety. I’m not sure if it’s always complimentary though (the pool was down for maintenance and they may have made breakfast free as an incentive (?). The property has a large indoor pool, hot tub and sauna.

The pool was closed for maintenance during our stay which was a bummer as we picked the hotel for that reason. Otherwise we enjoyed everything else!

The breakfast offered a lot of options however the omelets' were not good at all and were offered 2 out of the 3 mornings I was there. Scrambled eggs once and they were good. Sausages were the only option for meat. Never saw bacon or ham. Disappointed to have sausages all 3 mornings. Great options for fruit, berries, yogurt, pastries and bread. Coffee was very good.

All was great but as previously mentioned having sausages only for the 3 mornings was very disappointing. My last stay had a different option of eggs and meat each day. I stayed the same days. Tuesday to Friday.

That you served a very good breakfast and were close to the train Agawa! We also liked that we could use the breakfast room for playing games in the evening!

The stairs were a bit dirty and our room got cleaned for the most part but I crumbs were still there on our return but the beds were made nicely

Exterior is very updated and modern, front parking lot is very well lit and well managed. The bathrooms had excellent water pressure and had good Dove brand amenities, which you never find in hotels so that was great! Lastly, breakfast was great, staff were very friendly, and air conditioning in the room worked very well!

The back parking lot which I had to park in is prone to vehicle break ins (having a new car this did not sit well with me) and there is just one camera watching the lot and not well lit or maintained at all. Also the interior of the building could use some updating as well.

So easy to check-in and out! Everyone is so pleasant. The room and facilities are clean and very comfy. We were here the first weekend in July - and didn't think of the US holiday. We were treated to front row seats (via our window) to the firework splendor!

Didn't have powdered cream for the coffee/tea - but it did have a fridge, coffee station and microwave... so it balanced out.

Nothing. Wasn't sure what the Indigenous tent was about? Would have been nice to hear more about it as a guest. Somewhat disappointed in downtown Soo —lots of vacant lots. Hopefully the city can move forward in further building. The Agawa Canyon Tour was exceptional. How about cross marketing it further or extending their season.

They did not recognize the price I reserved the tools for through YOUR SITE Booking.com. Very frustrating. The only thing this site did for me was reserve the room. The difference was only $7.00, but this leaves worrying about the next booking if I ever use this site again.

Good value for $ (we struck at 25% off), Clean and comfortable room. Luggage trolley. Thermostat control. Atmosphere. Continental breakfast. Loved the oatmeal and fixings Nice pool!

It's Spring ! The facilities were clean. Sweeping up the accumulated sand outside front area would make it cleaner. ALso, rug on bottom step overhung stair some - slip hazard. Front door windows with polyester cloth frequently - just little touches would show the extra effort. Is is hard to criticize however, as it was pretty impeccable. Lastly, need a bran cereal choice for breakfast

There is a very nice breakfast awailable. We were many weeks on a travel trip and appriciated the possibility to use the laudry room with free soap. Thank you. We visited the hotel last year as well together with our daughter and granddaughter. We like the Hotel.

The room was OK but it was a room accesibly for wheel chairs and facing the parking lot, meaning that everybody standing outside could see in our room if the curtains weren't closed.
