The staff was very helpful showing us how to find our destination for a tour of the soo locks.

My only complaint is that they dropped the ball for compliance to guests in a wheelchair. The outside doors are equipped with an automatic opener system which would be wonderful IF THEY ACUTUALLY WORKED! I was told that these doors have not worked for a long time! I challenge the management to get in a wheelchair and try to open those doors without using their legs! It would be nice to have an opener system on the fire doors to.

Breakfast was more than adequate and the young lady who was in charge was very efficient. Having the coffee/tea station available 24/7 was wonderful and the coffee was actually very good. Very friendly staff.

The carpeting in the room was a little tired and stained between the beds. Bathroom fan was ineffective and the air exchange ceiling vent just inside the door to the room was quite noisy. But honestly we only used the room to sleep and get ready each day and we were out 15 hours each day.

Very clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Outlet box on nightstand! Didn't have to move furniture to use our C-Pap machines and chargers. Make up remover face cloth was nice touch. Breakfast included was great. Excellent value!!

Could have used a microwave to reheat leftovers and maybe a couple more handicap parking spots.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping came while we were away! Breakfast was hot and there were options for every family member to enjoy.

The bed wasn't extremely comfortable, but it was still a nice room. The town of Sault Ste. Marie itself is pretty industrial. You don't have the water views or anything like you might find elsewhere. Overall a great stay.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Bed was pretty comfy, as well. I loved having the ability to check in online, including selecting an arrival time. Unfortunately, the hotel was having an issue with housekeeping staffing and our room was not ready at the arrival time I had selected online. The front desk staff was very apologetic about it though. I’d definitely stay at this property again.

I wish yall had bagels. Kids loved the waffles and were happy, and i have no complaints about what was offered. Love the muffins also.

Had some issues with our keys and being locked out of our room, Those need upgraded but I'm told it's being worked on. Otherwise it was good.

So clean and comfortable. Loved the comfy mattress. The saltwater pool was great! Breakfast options were good. Larry was always making sure we had what we needed.

Room was pretty small. Would have liked more places to hang towels to dry.

The staff was super friendly and helpful from check in, mid stay offering towels, breakfast staff, and check out. The hot tub and pool were clean and the perfect temperature. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was warm and delicious.

Very clean,quiet,staff exceptionally nice..The girl at front desk remembered us from our previous stay a month ago..Super sweet girl...Pool area nice,the bowl of fresh apples in lobby is nice touch too!

No microwave in room..Coffee is terrible.

Friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom, comfortable bed, affordable, good location and good breakfast.

The carpet in the room needs either a good cleaning or replaced. The king room is small. The furniture is a bit outdated.
