The hotel was perfect . Rooms very clean . Service excellent . We needed more blankets and towels and the service team came right away . The kids loved the pool and hot tub . There is a restaurant ( Chucks ) right beside the hotel so that was a bonus . Food good and not pricey . Pub like food . Lots of choices for breakfast as well . I’ve stayed here several times now and I have always been very pleased ! Would highly recommend this hotel . Location also good for accessing the TransCanada 😊👍

If you stay more than one night, no housekeeping services are provided after the first night, no new sheets, no garbage taken out, not even clean towels. Those, we had to go ask for. Not a complaint, but if the hotel is saving money by not providing housekeeping. Why not give discounts when you book more than one night?

Great central location close to major shopping & tourism area, several restaurants nearby. Amazing, friendly staff. Rooms are clean & comfortable.

Complimentary breakfast scrambled eggs were a little runny. Rooms are a little dated furniture wise which doesn't bother me at all, but may be something other travelers look for.

Breakfast was good with a nice variety of food but the hotel was busy and by the time we got there just half an hour after it opened, the eggs and sausage were cold and the juice containers were empty.

Breakfast was varied, hot and delicious. The waffle iron was perfect. Waffles were awesome every time. The laundry equipment was in excellent condition and available.

Great lacation, very comfortable room, lovely pool, great breakfast

Just little things, light in bathroom had "strobe" effect, needs fixing. There was in room coffee, but no tea. Tea drinkers have to go to the lobby for their fix, coffee drinkers can stay in the room in their undies with their java!

Clean and quite

Misunderstanding.The receipt and booking price shows it is $233.86, but my credit card was held at $260. The difference will be refunded in 3-5 days after checking out. It’s true. But I wish it was mentioned when booking.

It was very clean and very close to restaurant and shopping. So there’s plenty to do right around the hotel’

They need to up date their equipment in the area they use for their breakfast it’s outdated.

Nice hotel rooms and buiding

The pool had so much chlorine it gave me a rash and burned my eyes. I shower before and after the pool too.

Clean and comfy.

The pillows were awful. Just couldn't get comfortable on the big ones or the flat ones. I didn't love breakfast becasue the scrambled eggs were just weird - not sure they were even eggs.
