All the staff were very friendly, lots of smiles. The breakfast is a nice touch. We got all we wanted and needed and we didn’t have to leave the building. The breakfast staff is very helpful and cheerful.

We’re in our late seventies, and while we are still very mobile it is a little tricky managing the stairs with our overnight stuff. It would be nice to be able to share the ground floor accommodations with the dogs. Just say’n.

The Continental breakfast had mini omelettes, potatoes, and sausages this was a really pleasant surprise, there we even hard boiled eggs.The coffee machine in the breakfast area had a cold coffee option that was exciting. The person who was in charge of the area was keeping it topped up and clean. This hotel was the first of 4 stops on our way from Hamilton Ontario to Edmonton Alberta.

What a great location! Close to so many things, you could walk to many places. Breakfast was terrific with hot or cold options and lots to choose from. Joe took excellent care of everyone that went in to eat. He was friendly and helpful and took the time to talk to everyone! We’ll definitely stay there again if we’re ever in that area. The staff was very kind and helpful with anything we needed! Thank you for everything!!

Joey at front desk was super! We had to stop our trip to take my mother in law to the hospital . We were very late signing in so I phoned . He was very empathetic on the phone as well as on arrival . My mother in law and I really liked his welcoming and caring attitude .Thank you Joey.

Breakfast was good for me but my husband has food restrictions so he was unable to eat the omelet because if what was in it, or the potatoes because they were seasoned with something other than salt/pepper,or sausages because he can't eat meat, but he liked the oatmeal

Plain eggs, and potatoes with just salt and pepper.

Close to stores and restaurants. Very close to my business contacts. Shower had good pressure and loved the flooring in the room - nice and clean, no rugs. Would stay there again.

one of the beds in room 101 kept squeaking every time I shifted position .. a loud non stopping squeak. That was annoying

Clean and well cared for. Lots of food options in walking distance. Nice breakfast.

Room was extremely cold on arrival. People, there is no need to chill a hotel room to fridge temperatures before anyone is even staying in it.

I would have preferred a different coffee system but other than that I felt the breakfast was good. I like the option of hard boiled eggs. The front desk personnel were very helpful when they recognized I had made online reservation for the hotel in Ontario vs USA.

Location was very good as we were travelling. Very comfortable bed.

Our room had a communicating door, which we did not need. We could hear the people in the adjacent room.. Something to avoid.

I loved the large terrace across the whole back of the building. Our little dog loved being able to go outside through the patio doors and sit with us. I loved being able to go outside and sit on the terrace too. We sat and talked with our 3 neighbors which is something you don’t usually get to do while staying in a hotel. The breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day too.
