The cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the place stood out. The hotel was immaculate and the ambiance was truly beautiful, lending to a comfortable and pleasing environment. It's clear that a lot of thought has been put into maintaining the hotel's appearance.

Our room was not ready upon arrival and the WiFi was a bit slow.

The lady that checked us in was very friendly. The reception has a lovely scent. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast as well.

It’s the noisy guests at the corridors but I understand that it’s something that the hotel doesn’t have full control on. The vendor machine wasn’t functional or perhaps difficult to operate which was a disadvantage as we wanted to get some water.

What an absolute disappointment. My room was crawling with ants, we had left over food and by the time we woke up, there were ants everywhere, phones, clothes. When I finally call the reception to help, I was promised that a manager will call and never did. I went to the reception, that's when I found him there, spoke to him. He came to see it and said, there's nothing he can do but to refer to his Manager and the said manager never called us. What an absolute bad experience that my family had and the hotel didn't care. I spend my money for nothing

Lwazi, the lady who was checking me in did not order breakfast packs for me. I have ordered immediately after checking in n she even said I’ll get them at reception 6:00 in the morning. I was like a fool at reception, my packs were not there, they took another 30 minute trying to assist me n I was late already 😖😖😖

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Princess at Reception.the room was beautiful and clean.i highly recommend staying at this hotel.the breakfast was excellent and well presented.i would stay here again!!

Pillows were very comfortable, slept like a baby and the breakfast was amazing. The balcony view was perfect 👌

Side lamp only worked when all lights were on, that was disappointing and the headboard need to be changed or replaced by new material to give the room the premium look and feel.

It was good, a variety of options to choose from. The service was really great no empty table was left with dirty unattended plates. Good job

The parking doesn't seem safe. I did not experience anything bad but it is concerning on the safety of the cars just parked there overnight.

The room and services

The carpet has this bad odour , especially when you enter into the room from outside and also the forced parking on the sides of the road, sue to no parking space inside the property, we woke up to a car full of bird poop and we had to attend a wedding in the morning

It is clean, the rooms are very specious and the buffet has more options

They don’t have bar fridges in the rooms (even though there’s enough space), they have an ice machine but no ice buckets in the rooms. It seems like they switch off their gysers during the day, I seriously needed a hot shower around 14:30. The water was cold until 18:00.

The lady security guard who was working on Sunday night (4 Dec 2022), I forgot to ask her name, but I was very thankful for her thoughtful and kind action - she saw that I had a baby, she insisted I park close to the hotel door since the parking were full and the extra parking were far. That was my highlight. Every thing else was excellent. The shower, the breakfast, the comfortable bed, a mall near by. I am totally happy about my stay. And I would and will recommend to my friends and family who plan stay in Polokwane to stay there. Absolutely 💯
