Coffee machine with some complimentary capsules provided. Wine bottle opener (but no wine glass ?!)

The kitchen was somehow poorly equipped. When you book the apartment, you book it by default for 2 persons. However, in the kitchen, there was just one coffee cup, one glass for water, and no mug (e.g. for a tea). I was also missing a (true) wine glass - there were just (4 !) konyak-like glasses. The parking in the underground garage mentioned in the description doesn't come automatically. You have to specifically ask for it and hope it will be available.

1 one room appartment with everything you need, new, silent, nice balcony and view. The bed seems a sofa bed but though comfy Park Garage was a nice and on We got 2 separate blankets, most likely due to our request, which had been also a great favour by our hosts, making our stay/night more pleasant. There is a Nespresso coffee machine available with 2 coffee capsules. So if you want more coffee, simply take some nespresso compatible capsules with you. We got good hints/map on how to find the proper house and appartment .

Unfortunately the "dark" curtains were pretty thin and darkened the room with big Window front with nice view not really. Bath room had been a little smelly but most likely an effect of the house/bath room construction - as the appartment was very clean. However, didnt disturb us too much, as beeing usually in the room or somewhere in Budapest

Easy check in and check out processes. The room has a great view and was very clean. The location is great: not too close to the center, not too far from it either. We made around 1h 30m walking from center to the location (if you like walking). You have a direct bus to the city center from (almost) the front of the property: bus 9.

The parking space are available but finding them is a little hard. Some places offered by the property might be occupied but I got a fast response with alternatives.

Nice and spacious apartment, decently furnished. The bedroom bed is really comfortable, and having complete blackout shutters is a bliss! There's an underground parking spot which helps a lot if traveling by car. Quiet and nice surroundings.

There was a bit of hassle with the garage opener, and one of the digital keys not working properly, but they have been promptly fixed by the reception desk. I would also recommend training the cleaning staff on the shower drain insert and hair removal:)

Modern facilities, comfy sofa, microwave, hob and oven for cooking. 6 minute walk to Filograt station, good bath and shower. Propert supplied a washing laundry tablet and dishwasher tablet plus 2 coffee pods and tea bags

Building site next door starts work at 7am but flat has good double glazing so not massive issue, overall standard of cleaning good but behind/ under sofa and bed drawers needed cleaning

This beautifully designed space is clean, bright, and exudes bold charm. From the balcony, you can indulge in captivating views of the city skyline. The apartment comes fully equipped with all the essential amenities you need for a comfortable stay, ensuring convenience and ease at your fingertips.

Everything was fantastic! The only suggestion I have is to include a couple of bottles of water in the room and some sugar and milk for coffee or tea. Other than that, there were no issues at all.

Spacious, light, modern and clean apartment, equipped with everything we needed. The terrace is huge with good views, the living room is big enough for spending free time comfortably there. The bedroom is also spacious, not a hotel-like small one. Three different pillows were provided for each person to choose from. The kitchen is well-equipped, you even have a real oven, not only a microwave! Plates, accesoires, dishes are all provided, so you can cook complete meals if you decide so. The toilet is separated and well-ventillated, the bathroom is again well-equipped and large, very clean. Overall, it was well worth the money - and I would definitely pick this offer again in case I need to stay nearby.

House numbers are hard to see from a distance and it took some time to find the building - but that is outside of the responsibility of the host, it is a design problem.

Location, value for money, free parking, good shower, comfortable bed and linen.

Managing the cleaning of the apartment was not good. Small ironing board. Kitchen could do with some cleaning cloth and/or some paper towels. Parking in the adjacent building to the apartment.

Perfect location to stay for Sziget Festival.

It was very hard to find the correct building. Even the local residents did not know where the building number 1 in which the apartment was supposed to be located was located. Ultimately, after 30 minutes, however using the photos of the view from the window, we managed to find an apartment in building number 7. The owner later still claimed that there was no mistake in the description on his side. The bed was quite uncomfortable.

The parking lot was provided in a different block than the apartment was in, which made me leave very complicated and cumbersome. I was missing a second wine glass and kitchen towel in the kitchen. The room temperature couldn't be set to one's preference.
